Sand willow,Caragana and other sandy shrubs are widely distributed in Ningxia,Shaanxi and other western regions of China.Salix mand shurica has a good anti-wind and sand-fixing effect.Because of its unique growth characteristics, sandy shrubs require regular stubble, generally In Salix mandshurica has good social and economic benefits and ecological benefits.Timely stubble can make sand-growing shrubs grow better and play a better role in soil and water conservation, wind and sand fixation. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of shrub harvesting machinery at home and abroad and combined with the national conditions of our country, the whole design scheme of milling cutting and irrigation machine is determined in this paper, and the feed movement is realized with hydraulic telescopic arm for cutting irrigation tool.Cutting and irrigation of shrubbery is carried out by milling cutting method. Then, according to the design standard of shrubby stubble machine and considering the practical application of the project,a three-dimensional model of the whole machine is established by using Solidworks. The modal analysis and dynamic simulation of the cutting-and-irrigation tool were then carried out by using the ABAQUS software. Finally, the prototype of milling cutting irrigation machine is processed, and the running test and cutting irrigation test are carried out.The results showed that the stubble was smooth and the cleavage rate was low, which basically accorded with the effect of cutting irrigation. This paper introduces the idea of parametric design in the process of design, and makes a beneficial exploration to reduce the cycle of design and development of the flat stubble machine and improve the design efficiency.
