Greenhouse can effectively avoid adverse environmental factors and provide a more comfortable growth environment for greenhouse crops.However,with the prolongation of greenhouse film use time,more dust will be deposited on the surface of the film,which has a certain impact on the light in the greenhouse.For small and medium-sized greenhouses,farmers can clean manually,but for solar greenhouses,because of the large span and high height of greenhouses,manual cleaning has the problems of small cleaning scope,high intensity and high danger.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a greenhouse cleaning machine suitable for solar greenhouse in China,which has high efficiency,good cleaning effect and low cost.It is of great significance to remove the dust attached to the film surface and to improve the light intensity in greenhouse and increase crop yield.The test results show that the designed film cleaning machine for solar greenhouse runs smoothly,and the film cleaning effect is ideal,which can meet the needs of use.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Determine the overall design scheme of high-efficiency film cleaning machine for solar greenhouse.Its mechanical structure consists of cleaning part and walking part: cleaning part completes the function of greenhouse surface cleaning,and walking part completes the function of cleaning machine shifting and changing greenhouse.In the cleaning part,the cleaning motor drives two sets of reducers with different deceleration ratios as power transmission,while the lower speed drives the climbing shaft and the higher speed drives the brush to rotate.(2)Cleaning part and walking part design.It includes the selection of power transmission system,cleaning motor,brush,walking motor,cleaning machine structure frame,cleaning part placement platform and guiding track positioning design.(3)Structural simulation and optimization of cleaning part.Under different designschemes,the stress and displacement distribution nephogram of the frame structure of the cleaning part is obtained.By comparing with each other and combining with the working environment,the optimal design scheme is to install a set of connecting brackets in the middle part of one side of the cleaning machine and adopt two groups of pulling ropes.(4)Control system design.It mainly completes the hardware and software design of the control system,and completes the layout design of the touch screen pages under different operating modes.(5)Prototype processing and testing.The prototype processing was completed in the Science and Technology Innovation Park of Shandong Agricultural University,and the cleaning test was completed in the solar greenhouse.The experiment shows that the cleaning machine runs smoothly,and the cleaning effect of greenhouse is obvious.The ideal cleaning effect of greenhouse can be obtained under the operating parameters of round-trip spraying water for 2L/min and climbing speed for 2.8m/min to 5.6m/min.(6)Under different weather conditions,the transmittance of cleaning and non-cleaning films was significantly different.Under natural conditions,when the new film is used for three months,the maximum transmittance of the film can reach 90% after cleaning,and the transmittance of the film can be increased by about 15%.On cloudy days,the maximum transmittance of the film can reach 67% after cleaning,and the transmittance of the film without cleaning is about 61%.
