This paper collects and investigates the natural economic conditions,natural resources,social economy,soil erosion status and current status of soil and water conservation in Fuling County,and builds a basic database of soil and water conservation zoning in Fuling County,and aims at the development status of Fuling County itself.Conducting the status evaluation and demand analysis of soil and water conservation zoning in Yanling County,selecting the typical types of indicators that can reflect the soil and water conservation zoning in Fuling County:natural geography,land use,social economy and soil erosion to construct the soil and water conservation zoning of Fuling County Indicator system.Then according to the standardization processing of data,principal component analysis,system cluster analysis and spatial overlay analysis,the four divisions of soil and water conservation division in Fuling County were carried out,and the ArcGIS software was used to analyze the division and division results.The water and soil conservation area of Lingxian County is divided into four levels.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the main target(the soil and water conservation zoning of Fuling County),the secondary evaluation indicators of soil and water conservation zoning in Fuling County are determined as:natural geography,land use,social economy and soil erosion,thus determining The 11 three-level indicators representing the function of soil and water conservation in Fuling County are:topography,precipitation,lithologic soil,forest coverage,forest and grassland ratio,reclamation rate,proportion of sloping land,population density,rural per capita income,per capita arable land The area and the area above the light level have constructed the index system of soil and water conservation zoning in Fuling County.(2)According to the standardization and principal component analysis of the data,the soil and water conservation zoning index system is divided into four categories:the first principal component load is concentrated on:forest coverage,forest and grassland ratio and reclamation rate,reflecting the ecological environment optimization factors;The principal component loads are concentrated in:per capita arable land area,reflecting people's living factors;the third principal component load is concentrated in:topography and landform,reflecting topographic and geomorphic factors;the fourth principal component load is concentrated in:light above area,reflecting soil and water loss factors.(3)According to the calculation formula of weights,11 indicators of soil and water conservation in Fuling County are obtained:topography,precipitation,lithic soil,forest coverage,forest and grassland ratio,reclamation rate,proportion of sloping land,population density,rural per capita income,The weights of per capita arable land area and light above area are:9.28%,7.98%,8.78%,9.48%,10.06%,10.47%,8.94%,10.52%,8.56%,9.73%,6.20%.(4)According to the comprehensive score formula and system cluster analysis,the towns and towns of Liling County are divided into 7 categories,namely:Beirong Township,Chenjiatan Township,Xiaojiaqiao Township and Qinglang Township;Fuling Town,Pangu Township and Erqi Miao Township are one category;Liangshuijing Town,Matudi Township,Nanmupu Township and Dujiaping Township are of the same type;Guanzhuang Town and Wuqiangxi Town are of the same type;Maxipu Town,Handan Township Bay Town and Tunxi Township are of the same type;Qijiaping Town,Daheping Township and Fireplace Tujia Township are one type;borrowing from Huxi Township and Mingxikou Town are one category.(5)According to the naming principle of spatial superposition analysis and zoning,the water and soil conservation area of Fuling County is divided into:X1222-1 northern low hills and soil conservation farmland protection zone,including Qijiaping,Daheping,Fire Field Tujia Township 3 Townships and towns;X1222-2 northwestern middle and low mountain ecological maintenance,water conservation area,including 2 towns and towns of the mother river and Mingxikou;X1222-3 middle and low hills,water conservation and soil conservation,disaster prevention and reduction areas,containing clear waves,4 towns and towns of Beirong,Chenjiatan and Xiaojiaqiao;X1222-4 southwestern hilly soil conservation farmland protection,disaster prevention and mitigation area,including 3 townships of Fuling Town,Pangu Township and Erqi Miao Township;X1222-5 East Low Mountain The hilly soil conservation ecological maintenance area contains 2 towns and towns of Guanzhuang Town and Wuqiangxi;the middle and low mountain water source conservation and ecological maintenance area of X1222-6 southeast,including Liangshuijing Town,Matudi.Township,Nanmupu Township and Dujia 4 townships in Pingxiang;X1222-7 southern middle and low mountain soil conservation area,including 3 townships of Liwan Town,Maxipu Town and Tunxi Township,with 7 sub-districts.
