Study On Current Situation And Regionalization Of Soil And Water Conservation In Lingling District

Soil and water conservation is a basic national policy that has long been adhered to in our country.The division of soil and water conservation is the premise and key of the work of soil and water conservation planning,soil erosion prevention and control and other comprehensive regionalization.The?National soil and water conservation regionalization(Trial)?has been officially released,is an important measure to implement the policy of soil and water conservation,and is the technical support to guide the work of soil and water conservation in our country.It is the foundation and component of the national water and soil conservation planning.The division by three division system,,but there is still a blank for the county water and soil conservation division.This paper selects Lingling district as the research area soil and water conservation planning at the county level,according to the soil erosion area and erosion intensity data,combined with topography and soil erosion characteristics of soil and water conservation planning and overall requirements,in the three division of Hunan Province Based on the analysis of soil erosion,soil erosion intensity,the soil erosion modulus of slope and other factors,determine the zoning standards,the county soil and water conservation planning four partitions,and puts forward the measures of prevention and control of soil erosion and soil and water conservation district layout system.(1)On the basis of the analysis of literature and data,the paper preliminarily summarizes the research methods of soil and water conservation zoning.The factor index of soil and water conservation zoning is analyzed,the leading function of soil and water conservation in Lingling area is defined,and the direction of soil and water loss prevention and control in this area is determined;(2)The current situation of soil and water conservation in Lingling area is analyzed.The study shows that the area of soil erosion in Lingling area is 420.15km~2,which accounts for 21.39%of the total land area,and the loss area of middle and upper reaches is 91.14 km~2,accounting for 21.69%of the total loss area.According to the soil erosion intensity divided North hillock loss of light erosion district in the northeast,hilly area,moderate erosion in central hilly area,southwest region of strength and strength erosion areas in southern mountainous areas of mild erosion area5 soil erosion area,and analyzes the causes and harm of soil erosion;(3)According to the soil and water conservation regionalization system and the natural environment and economic and social situation in Lingling District,combined with the present situation of soil and water conservation in Lingling District,5different types of soil and water conservation functional zones were divided.The water conservation and ecological maintenance zone in the southeast mountainous area is the region accounted for 15.68%of the land area,the soil erosion area 9.97%in the region,focusing on maintaining the work of water and soil for the construction of Nature Reserve,maintain ecological function.Disaster prevention and mitigation zone in the southern low hilly area is the region accounted for 14.79%of the land area,the soil erosion area 10.2%in the region,focusing on maintaining the work and strengthen meteorological,geological and biological disaster prevention and control system construction,improve the productivity of land,the construction of high-quality grain base;Living environment maintenance and soil conservation zone in the northern hilly area is the region accounted for 17.29%of the land area,the soil erosion area 16.73%in the region,prohibition and control areas should focus on maintaining the natural protection work,carry out the management of small watershed ecological and clean type;Central valley basin soil and farmland protection zone is the region accounted for 25.47%of the land area,the soil erosion area 39.02%in the region,focusing on maintaining the work required to carry out the comprehensive management of water and soil improvement of slope farmland and small watershed;Water quality and ecological maintenance zone in the southwest hilly area is the region accounted for 30.63%of the land area,the soil erosion area 29.08%area,soil protection work well maintain biodiversity maintenance of forest ecosystem.
