Shanxi Zhongyang county Wujiazhuang ecological restoration project to belong to the construction project of soil and water conservation ecological project of the Yellow River.Project total area of95km2, where soil erosion area94.2km2.In order to quantitatively study the benefits of soil and water conservation with ecological restoration, from small changes in climate, vegetation changes, changes in runoff and sediment yield, the overall efficiency four aspects monitoring the the project,the use of meteorological equipment to monitor weather changes in factors,set quadrats monitor vegetation changes,set two runoff observation cell and weir monitoring the situation of runoff and sediment, door-to-door inquiry farmers food production and income situation;by analyzing three years of monitoring data, the results showed that:the temperature, ground temperature of project area tended to increase and the relative humidity, rainfall and evaporation decreasing trend;vegetation growth in good condition, significant increase in coverage;abandoned land plot of Wangjiageta with an average annual runoff modulus40570m3/km2, annual soil erosion modulus4525t/km,1.08times increase the runoff, soil erosion declined by33.0%.grassland plot of Gaojiazhuang with an average annual runoff modulus34360m3/km2, annual soil erosion modulus1071t/km2, runoff decreased by14.2%, reduce soil erosion96.1%,ditch of Wangjiageta average annual runoff runoff modulus19600m3/km2, annual soil erosion modulus1236.91/km2, runoff decrease of31.2%, reduce soil erosion92.2%;project area per capita grain and per capita net income improved82.2%and294.5%over the previous implementation of the project, raise gross product12.88%.
