The sugar production in Guangxi has always occupied an important position in the national and even the world's sugar cane production,but its competitiveness has not been as good as other countries,mainly due to the higher planting and output costs of sugar cane varieties with higher sugar yield.In order to further increase the sugarcane production in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,gradually reduce the production cost and optimize the sugarcane production structure in the region.Since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",the Ministry of Agriculture,the National Development and Reform Commission and other government departments have issued policies for the planning of sugar cane development areas.Industry development has risen to a national strategy.At the same time,the development of geographic information technology has greatly promoted the efficiency of agricultural production.The level of agricultural informatization reflects the degree of agricultural development to a certain extent,and at the same time determines the process of agricultural modernization in the entire region.This paper is based on the sugarcane plot in Chongzuo City,Guangxi.The main purpose is to develop a sugar cane management system.The main users are the software operators of government units,and the sugarcane plots in Chongzuo City are effective and precise.The management provides information support for the whole process of sugarcane production and harvest,and achieves the goal of improving the information level of sugarcane industry in the region.The system uses Visual Studio 2013 and ArcGIS 10.2 For Server as the development platform.The whole adopts the B/S framework,uses SQL Server 2008 and ArcGIS SDE as the database,and uses C#and JavaScript for development.The system implements the following functions:1.Basic operation of map:Mainly used as the display and basic tools of sugarcane plots,including scales,distance measuring tools,area measuring tools,coordinate picking tools,and the basic operations of modifying and deleting the properties of sugarcane plots.2.Spatial analysis function:The system can analyze the optimal path of sugarcane transportation,simulate the range of pests and diseases of a certain plot,search and locate the sugarcane plots according to the attributes,and establish a model to simulate the diffusion of pollutants.The analysis function is the core function module of the system and has high practicability.3.Information exchange function:The system can calculate the total area and total output of various sugarcane plots in a certain area,and generate a histogram or pie chart,so that the information can be more vividly and intuitively reflected on the system,while using database technology.Not only can the normal login registration of the system user be realized,but also the information can be released,which facilitates the communication and cooperation of the system users.The paper expounds the development process of the system as a whole,mainly through the realization of the above functions,and better integrates the functions of data management,spatial analysis and statistical decision-making.It is expected to combine the sugarcane production management and the Internet organically in this area.To a certain extent,it fills the gap in the region's lack of professional sugar cane information system,aiming to promote the benign development of sugarcane industry in the region.
