Water chestnuts is an aquatic vegetable with economic value and medical value.It is difficult to mechanize harvesting because its growth environment is mostly paddy field.Most of the existing sputum harvesting machines have various problems such as high tamping rate,difficulty in separating sputum from soil and high production cost of equipment.Based on the theory of finite element,discrete element and multi-rigid body dynamics,the dynamic simulation of the harvester fruit puree separation device is carried out by computer software,and some practical methods and conclusions are obtained.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Apply the multi-body kinematics simulation software to model the puree separation device,and use the finite element software to establish the soft body model of the deformed body in the separation device,and introduce the soft body model into the multi-body kinematics simulation software for rigid-flexible coupling.Simulation,the motion law of the vibrating screen is obtained.(2)Using the discrete element simulation software to simulate the working condition of the fruit harvesting device of the harvester,and compare the elastic steel plates under different parameters by the whole factor test.It is found that the greater the thickness of the steel sheet,the more significant the separation effect;and the width of the steel sheet has a relatively small effect on the separation effect.When the thickness of the spring steel plate is 7.2 mm,the separation effect of the puree separation device is preferably 45%.(3)The original device is improved in design,and the vibration motor is used instead of the original link mechanism for power transmission,and the rubber spring is used as the vibration damping device.The experimental analysis was carried out in ADAMS to determine the position coordinates of the vibration motor,and the rubber springs with different stiffness were simulated and analyzed.It was found that the rubber spring has a better vibration damping effect when the stiffness is 300 kg/cm.Then the improved equipment was imported into EDEM for simulation,and finally the fruit sludge separation rate reached 50%.In summary,this paper takes the puree separation device of the harvester as the research object,uses the multi-body system dynamics simulation software to simulate the dynamics,applies the finite element method to the flexible body treatment of the deformed components,and uses the discrete element simulation to achieve the results.The mud separation device performs working condition analysis.Factor analysis was carried out on the original device using the method of full factor experiment,and the original device was improved and simulated.The above simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the harvester fruit puree separation device,and provide a reference for similar engineering design.
