Study On The Coordinated Development Of Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization In Hubei Province

Urbanization is an important process of civilization and progress,social and economic progress,and a comprehensive measure of civilized progress.It is also a major theme of China's social and economic development in recent years.Agriculture is the foundation of the development of the national economy.The growth rate of the agricultural economy has an impact on the changes of the national economy.The speed of agricultural modernization has an impact on the coordinated development of China's rural and urban areas and the mutual promotion of workers and peasants.Studying the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hubei Province provides an effective reference for Hubei Province to cope with urban and rural development according to local conditions.Studying the impact of the two on agricultural economy is of great practical significance for promoting the agricultural economic growth of Hubei Province.This paper takes Hubei Province as a research sample and uses 2007-2016 as the time interval for research,mainly from the dual perspectives of economics and geography,based on the related basic theories of urban and rural development,dual economic structure,traditional agricultural transformation and transformation,and economic growth.Taking the research on the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hubei Province as the main line,based on the necessity of thinking about the coordinated development of Hubei Province at the present stage,starting from the traditional way of analyzing problems,“discovering problems-analysing problems-solving problems ",The concept of urbanization,agricultural modernization and agricultural economy was expounded,and the connotation and characteristics of the three were analyzed.From the four levels of population urbanization,economic urbanization,living urbanization,infrastructure and service urbanization,the description and evaluation index system of coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization have been determined.After establishing an agricultural modernization index system from the two aspects of agricultural production input and agricultural comprehensive output,the design coordination degree model is used to measure and judge the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hubei Province from 2007 to 2016.It is concluded that urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hubei Province are in a state of coordinated development.Finally,the results of the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hubei Province and the real-time agricultural economic growth of the province are analyzed.The influence of the coordination degree of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hubei Province on the agricultural economy of Hubei Province is explored.The situation is that the compound coordination degree has a significant role in promoting the growth of the agricultural economy.By analyzing the research results of the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hubei Province,the following revelations are obtained.The urbanization and agricultural modernization construction in Hubei Province can always go on the road and develop steadily.It cannot be separated from policy support and encouragement.For example,the reform system of household registration—the " farmer" to "non-farmer" policy has accelerated the expansion of the urban population..It can be seen from this that the state has contributed to the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hubei Province.This force has also promoted the simultaneous development of urbanization in Hubei Province and agricultural modernization in Hubei Province.Under the premise of high coordination between urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hubei Province,under the condition that the coordination degree of the composite system is high and shows steady growth,further improve the coordination degree of the composite system of the two to promote the regional agricultural economy.It will be bigger.At the same time,to improve the coordination degree of urbanization and agricultural modernization,and the coordination degree of the composite system,we can better promote the development of regional agricultural economy.
