Analysis Of The Impact Of Digital Economy On The Development Of China’s Agricultural And Rural Modernization

The most basic and indispensable and important component of national economic development is agriculture,which is the premise and foundation for the development of other industries.Although China is a large agricultural country with a long history of agricultural development,the level of development of agriculture has not reached the advanced level,and there is still a huge room for improvement.In addition,China is also a large country of farmers,and although the level of urbanization has been improved after years of development,the rural population still accounts for nearly 40% of the total population so far,and the modernization development of areas with such a large population cannot be ignored.Moreover,with the rapid development of digital technology,the integration of digital economy and other industries is gradually accelerated and deepened,driving the rapid development of each industry.Based on the above background,this paper takes the modernization development level of agriculture and rural areas as the research object,and takes digital economy as the entry point to empirically study the impact of digital economy on the modernization development of agriculture and rural areas,so as to provide some theoretical support for the digital economy to help the modernization development of agriculture and rural areas.This paper firstly elaborates and analyzes the development history and development status of agriculture and rural areas.Then,based on five principles: goal-oriented,comprehensive and representative,easy to operate,systematic and coordinated,and comprehensive and integrated,a five-dimensional evaluation index system of the development level of agricultural and rural modernization is established,and the development level is measured,and the Theil index is calculated and decomposed on the basis of the measurement results to analyze the structure of differences.Finally,based on the analysis of theoretical hypotheses,an empirical analysis is conducted using spatial econometric methods to explore the ways and means of influence of digital economy on the development of agricultural and rural modernization.It is concluded from the study that（1）the industrial prosperity and ecological livability dimensions have a greater degree of influence on the development level of agricultural and rural modernization.（2）The development of agricultural and rural modernization as a whole is at the bottleneck stage,and there is no significant trend of improvement.（3）The number of provinces whose development is at high,medium and low levels is close,and the development level varies significantly among provinces.（4）There are regional differences in development levels,and such regional differences are mainly due to intra-regional differences.（5）There is a positive spatial correlation in the development level of agricultural and rural modernization,and there is a regional agglomeration effect.（6）Digital business and digital infrastructure are the main ways for the digital economy to influence the development of agricultural and rural modernization,and there is a spatial effect of this influence.Finally,based on the above research findings,the following suggestions are made to improve the level of modernization and development of agriculture and rural areas in China and to better realize the revitalization of rural areas: Firstly,to carry out the development of agriculture and rural areas according to the local conditions.Secondly,strengthen the infrastructure construction in rural areas.Thirdly,pay attention to the coordinated development of all regions.
