The 19 th report emphasized that the food safety strategy is to let people eat at ease.In the past two years,the results of food safety inspection in China show that the overall situation is stable,and the sample inspection pass rate has risen steadily.At the same time,there are still hidden risks to food safety in some areas.Problems such as excessive residues of agricultural and animal drugs and illegal addition and abuse of food additives should not be underestimated.Vegetable safety is an important part of food safety,and the potential risk of pesticide residues is always the most important concern of the government and the people.The province of Guizhou has been monitoring pesticide residues in vegetables and has accumulated several years of inspection data.These data contain huge potential available food safety risk information and how to extract useful information from these data.Providing early warning for food safety supervision is an important task.Using data from monitoring pesticide residues in common vegetables in Guizhou province from 2014 to 2016 as the object of this study,the database of vegetable agricultural residues was established by ArcGIS 10.2.Using descriptive analysis,nuclear density analysis,regional analysis,the distribution characteristics and spatial autocorrelation of pesticide residues in vegetables in Guizhou Province were analyzed.The cluster analysis in the multivariate statistical analysis will cluster the pesticide types and sample names,find out the collections of vegetable varieties with similar pesticide residues,and perform a comprehensive evaluation of the pesticide residue levels of various vegetables by principal component analysis.The residual degree of pesticides in vegetables was ranked.Using OpenGeoDa software,a spatial regression model was constructed to explore the influence of meteorological and socio-economic factors on the spatial and temporal distribution of pesticide residues in vegetables in Guizhou Province.The main conclusions are as follows:There are obvious spatiotemporal aggregation and spatial distribution characteristics of regional differences in vegetable pesticide residues in Guizhou province.The aggregation area with higher exceeding standard rate is mainly in the southwest of Guizhou,while the vegetable safety in Zunyi and Anshun areas is relatively high.From the consumer's point of view,through the exploratory analysis of the main component,it is found that the most serious pesticide residue pollution is in the four seasons of many kinds of vegetables,suggesting that consumers should reduce the purchase of such vegetables;From the point of view of food safety supervision,Baiyun District in Guiyang City,as a gathering area for vegetables with excessive agricultural disability,should strengthen the supervision in the area;From the point of view of pesticide application,the situation of excessive pesticide such as kpev and phorate is even more serious.According to the study of risk factors,the average monthly temperature of the main meteorological factors was positively correlated with the amount of pesticide residues in vegetables,and the precipitation and the number of high temperature sunshine were negatively correlated.There was a positive correlation between population density and pesticide overage rate of vegetables in social and economic factors.Therefore,in the future supervision and control work of pesticide residues should be based on the impact of various factors to implement targeted early warning and control strategies,in addition,decision makers in the formulation of prevention and control measures,should be adapted to local conditions,reasonable allocation of resources.
