Vegetables are an important part of people's daily diet and are closely related to people's health.Pesticide residues in field vegetables are a major hidden danger of vegetable food safety.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research on the status quo,detection methods,detection situation,safety risk evaluation and prevention and control measures of vegetable pesticide residues.In this paper,715 field vegetable samples were collected in the southern region of south-central Shandong Province,and the pesticide residues in the vegetable samples were detected by the multi residue determination method of organophosphorus,organochlorine,pyrethroid and carbamate pesticides.Through effective data statistical analysis,we can grasp different kinds of vegetables,such as bulbs,brassica,leafy vegetables,eggplant fruits,melons,beans and so on.In order to reduce the level of pesticide residues in vegetables and improve the quality and safety of vegetables,the hazard risk coefficient method was used to evaluate the quality and safety of vegetables,and the prevention and control countermeasures and recommended measures of field vegetable pesticide residues in the southern region of south-central Shandong Province were put forward in order to reduce the level of pesticide residues in field vegetables and improve the quality and safety of field vegetables.It provides scientific theoretical basis and practical technical support for people's health in the southern region of southcentral Shandong Province.The main results are as follows.(1)Pesticide residues were detected in 6 kinds of field vegetables,and the detection rate ranged from 4.00% to 20.93%.The highest detection rate of pesticide residues was Solanaceae,and the lowest was brassica.The most common types of pesticide residues were leafy vegetables,and only phorate pesticide residues in leafy vegetables exceeded the standard.Cypermethrin was the most detected pesticide type.(2)The average detection rate and exceeding standard rate of pesticide residues in field vegetables from two different sources were 16.95% and 0.36%.The detection rate and exceeding standard rate of pesticide residues in field vegetables from planting bases were lower than those of individual farmers.Six kinds of the same pesticide residues were detected in field vegetables from different sources,and the different types of pesticide residues were triadimefon in planting base and fen valerate in individual farmers.(3)During the three years of continuous detection from 2017 to 2019,the detection rate of pesticide residues in field vegetables decreased year by year,and the detection rate in 2017 was 11.3% higher than that in 2019;Only phorate,a banned pesticide,was detected in leafy vegetables,exceeding the standard by 0.78%;In the three years,the detection rates of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides were higher than those of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides.(4)According to the quality and safety risk assessment of field vegetables,it is found that leafy vegetables are of high risk and others are of low risk;In different sources,the planting bases are of moderate risk,and the individual farmers are of high risk;in different years,2017 and 2018 are low risk,and 2019 is high risk.(5)In view of the pesticide residue status and quality and safety risk assessment of field vegetables,it is suggested to do a good job in monitoring and investigation of vegetable pests and diseases;Carry out in-depth training on pesticide use;Strictly control the sales and use of banned pesticides with high toxicity and high residue;Actively develop biological pesticides to gradually replace chemical pesticides;Strengthen the management of vegetable planting bases and individual farmers;Strengthen the monitoring of field vegetables;Use scientific and reasonable cleaning and eating methods of field vegetables.
