Study On Ecological Compensation Standard Of Cultivated Land In Xiaomiao Town Of Hefei City From The Perspective Of Farmers

Cultivated land is the most important basic means of production in agricultural production and has an extremely important impact on ensuring national economic security and ensuring farmers' economic income.For a long time,people's attention to cultivated land has focused more on the economic value function of the amount of cultivated land and the output of cultivated land crops,but little attention has been paid to the ecological value function of cultivated land.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economic development,the level of urbanization has also increased rapidly.The city will inevitably occupy a large number of neighboring suburban cultivated land during the expansion of construction land,resulting in a reduction in per capita arable land,a reduction in the amount of cultivated land,and an ecological environment.decline in quality.In China's current system of cultivated land use,farmers as the main bearers of cultivated land use and protectors of cultivated land ecological environment,due to the externalities of ecological benefits,lack of corresponding reasonable compensation,leading farmers to the willingness and initiative of farmland ecological protection Insufficient.Therefore,based on the interests of farmers,the development of reasonable ecological compensation standards for cultivated land,the promotion of farmers,enthusiasm for ecological participation,the protection of cultivated land ecological environment,the promotion of the evolution of cultivated land quality,the improvement of the income level of cultivated farmers and the enhancement of the ecological functions of cultivated land have Significance.This article takes Xiaomiao Town,Shushan District,Hefei City as an example.Based on the relevant economic theory,this paper attempts to construct the ecological compensation accounting model of cultivated land in Hefei City,and obtain the compensation amount of cultivated land in Hefei City,which provides a basis for the formulation of the ecological protection policy of cultivated land in Hefei City.Through field researches,Understand the factors related to farmers1 willingness to compensate for ecological compensation,based on the questionnaire data,use the conditional value evaluation method to calculate the average willingness to pay,and use the Logistic model to conduct multiple regression analysis to find out and analyze the influencing factors of farmer's willingness to pay.And obtained the following conclusions:(1)It is estimated that the compensation value of farmland ecological compensation for farmers in Hefei City is 498.21 yuan per mu per year.(2)The research shows:There is a significant positive correlation between education level,income,willingness to pay,Presence or absence of ecological value,and compensation recognition with WTA.
