| Non-commercial forests(NCF)with protective functions and special uses play an important role in ecological benefits.The ecological products they provide have social public goods attributes and externalities.Therefore,ecological compensation plays a major role in the construction of NCF.Ecological compensation mechanisms and policies for NCF are also the issues concerned to farmers.Establishing and improving the compensation mechanism is also a requirement of ecological construction in the new era.Studying the influencing factors of accepting willingness of ecological compensation will help improve the ecological compensation mechanism for NCF,and increase the enthusiasm of farmers for building NCF.This paper selects 14 influencing factors based on numerous research results and constructs a theoretical model.This article uses field survey data and adopts a binary logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of willingness to accept ecological compensation for NCF in Guangxi.From the farmer’s micro perspective,based on the theory of Behavioral Economic and the Theory of Planned Behavior.The results show that the personal characteristics of farmers and family characteristics have no significant impact on the willingness,Farmer’s awareness of ecological environmental protection and policy recognition significantly influence the willingness.The results were analyzed for this article,and make relevant suggestions from promoting lateral compensation,improve the compensation mechanism,strengthen education and improve laws and regulations,etc. |
