Based on the analysis and research of the undersized tree processing and the current cutting environment in artificial forest,combining with the structure and working principle of the existing logging machine,and guided by the logging safety and practicability,this paper proposes a cutting eqliplent for the undersized tree in artificial forest.On this basis,the overall structure and layout of the crawler type selective cutting mechanized mining machine are determined.also in this paper a new operation method of combined cutting mechanism is presented,and use the finite elelent theory to fully mechanized machine key parts statics analysis,at the same time dynamic finite element analysis theory is introduced to the logging process simulation analysis.The cutting mechanism proposed in this paper consists of cutting mechanism and lateral milling mechanism.In the logging operation,the crosscutting lechanism firstly mills a certain size of incision in the side,and then the nain cutting eechanism carries on the work.Cutting mechanism and crawler walking mechanism are controlled by hydraulic system,through the calculation of cutting force?feed force?cutting power and other parameters,the maximum feed force and sawing power required by the combined cutter in the cutting process are determined.At the same time,the design and analysis of walking mechanism,elastic overturning mechanism and other important nechanisns are carried out.ANSYSWorkbench platform was used for static strength analysis and modal analysis of key parts,such as circular saw blade and vehicle frame,and the stress and strain nephogram and deformation nephogram are obtained;The strength,stiffness and stability of the key parts are determined and tested through the result analysis,also as the practical parts processing and manufacturing of the relevant theoretical basis for reasonable improvement.Based on the finite element method,the Hypermesh and LS-DYNA were used to analyze the display dynamics on the working process of the main working part which are the cutting mechanism and pushing mechanism.The logging conditions with different combinations of rotational speed and feed speed were simulated.Through the analysis and demonstration of the dynamic results,it can be simulated that under the basic working condition of the logging machine designed in this paper,the sawing direction of small path wood can be effectively controlled,which conforms to the working condition demand of the small path wood full-mechanized mining machine and completes its working mode of improving safety.The results provide a reference for the optimal design of the cutting mechanism parameters of the crawler type selective felling mechanized mining machine.
