Because of the abundant light and heat resources,excellent soil conditions and natural pollution-free cultivation environment,the predominant planting area of wine grape in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia has rapidly risen to a well-known grape and wine producing area at home and abroad.With the development of social economy,people’s demand for organic agricultural products is increasing,while the cultivation technology of organic wine grape is still blank.In view of the urgent demand of organic high-end grape and wine market,the suitable types of organic water-soluble fertilizer under the condition of water and fertilizer integration were further screened based on the application of commercial bio-organic fertilizer with organic input evaluation certificate,using Cabernet Sauvignon,a wine grape of five years old,as the experimental material in accordance with the organic agricultural production norms.Through field experiment and laboratory analysis,the effects of organic water-soluble fertilizer on soil environment and comprehensive characteristics of wine grape were studied,and the suitable application amount of organic water-soluble fertilizer was further explored,so as to establish a reasonable fertilization system for organic wine grape.It provides scientific basis for stable yield,high quality and high efficiency cultivation of organic wine grapes in this region.The main results are as follows:(1)Applying different amounts of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer on the basis of sheep manure bio-organic fertilizer can effectively improve the content of available nutrients and total nutrients in soil,increase soil microbial biomass,enhance soil enzyme activity,and increase plant root activity.On the basis of sheep manure bio-organic fertilizer,different amounts of yeast water-soluble fertilizer were added to supplement humic acid,amino acid and beneficial functional bacteria for the growth of wine grape plants.The results showed that this scheme had positive effects on improving soil fertility,plant root activity and grape yield and quality in wine vineyard.(2)Adding different kinds of organic water-soluble fertilizers under the same nitrogen content could significantly improve soil quality.Through principal component analysis and cluster analysis,the quality differences under different fertilization treatments were comprehensively evaluated.The shortest distance method was used to cluster all fertilization treatments.The results showed that different types of organic water-soluble fertilizers had a significant positive correlation with the quality indexes of wine grapes.The order of comprehensive quality and quality was seaweed water-soluble fertilizer>biogas liquid fertilizer>amino acid water-soluble fertilizer>sheep manure organic fertilizer extract>CK,and all of them exceeded conventional fertilization treatment.Based on the application of bio-organic fertilizer,the addition of organic water-soluble fertilizer could significantly improve the quality of wine grapes and wines.(3)The reasonable application amount of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer and yeast water-soluble fertilizer were further studied.When the application rate of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer was 1350 kg/hm2,the effect of improving soil quality was the best.When the amount of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer was 1125 kg/hm2,the yield of wine grape reached 8400 kg/hm2.Compared with CK,it increased by 22.95%(P<0.05)and the ratio of sugar to acid was the best,which reduced the content of tannin and increased the content of total phenols and anthocyanins.On the whole,the quality of wine grapes was improved.Compared with other treatments,the effect of yeast water-soluble fertilizer at 2700 kg/hm2 on soil available nutrient content,total nutrient content,microbial biomass and root activity was the best.When the yeast water-soluble fertilizer was applied at 3600 kg/hm2,the yield of wine grape reached the highest of 8288 kg/hm2.At the same time,the treatment significantly increased the content of glucose-acid ratio,anthocyanin and total phenol,and had a positive effect on improving the quality of wine grapes.
