Analysis And Countermeasures Research About The Social Service Present Situations Of The Veterinarian In Shuangfeng County

In the present,the production operator of livestock industry is increasingly demanding of veterinary services with animal husbandry transformation and upgrading accelerated.The traditional veterinary service model focuses more on the provide by government public veterinary services,but not have much attention to social forces.In order to figure out the present situation of Shuangfeng county veterinarian socialized service,this study focuses on veterinary social service's supply and demand,to explore the realization path of the Shuangfeng county social force participating in veterinary public service.Through the way of combining literature review and statistical analysis,qualitative and quantitative research,field questionnaire survey with face-to-face interview to carry out the research,the result shows that Shuangfeng county has 67 official veterinarians in 2016,including 53 percent of college graduates,and 35 percent of secondary school students;The proportion of people aged 31 to 39 is 60 percent,and the those over 50 years old is 37 percent.The intermediate technical title is 42%,the primary and the following are 52%.There are 17 practicing veterinarians in the county,7 assistant practicing veterinarians,244 country veterinarians.In 2015,there were 137 members of the village animal epidemic prevention staff(all rural veterinarians).Among them,the proportion was 54% for 41-50,22.6% for the 51-60 years,and 13.9% for those over 60 years old.On the supply of integrated veterinary services,the ratio is larger than government departments and breeding cooperatives.On the supply of the individual socialized services of the veterinarians are mainly government departments,veterinary medicine stores,animal medical clinics.In terms of the comprehensive veterinarians socialization service requirements,from strong to weak is insurance and epidemic prevention cooperation,technical consultation,technical training and policy publicity.In terms of the veterinary socialization service requirements of the individual veterinarians,the main demand strength of the scale farm(household)is vaccine,animal quarantine,antibody monitoring,harmless treatment,disease diagnosis and treatment,etc.The satisfaction ratio of livestock and poultry farmers in the evaluation of veterinary socialization service satisfaction was low,the government departments satisfaction rate of 14.6%,veterinary drug store for 13.2%,other main body is 22.9%.It was found that the demand of animal and poultry farmers in Shuangfeng county was strong in the socialization of veterinary services.The services provided by original veterinary public service system can't be satisfied completely.Based on the status quo of the socialization of veterinary services in Shuangfeng county,this research group has established a new social forces widely involved veterinary service mode,which is “Shuangfeng mode(veterinary professional services company + Breeding professional cooperatives)” fitting for Shuangfeng county current aquaculture situation.This mode is proved to be feasible though practiced in Shuangfeng county and generalized other counties and cities in the province,it not only benefits for innovation and development of the basic veterinary service system in our country,but also have reference on the decision by grass-roots government and veterinary departments.
