Research On The Financial Support Of Leiyang's Dark Tea

Hunan is China's major oil-camellia producing areas with a long history of cultivatio,the oil-camellia planting area accounts for almost one-third of the country,the out put of oil-camellia is to occupy half of the country.Leiyang city has long history of operating oil-camellia and a good natural environment.The oil-camellia industry has important significance to the economic development of the Leiyang city.By reading literature,this paper describes the concept of related theory and definition and elaboration,pointed out the concept and characteristics of tea enterprises,analyzes the related financial theory;Then based on the questionnaire investigation and visit,Outlines the leiyang enterprise financial support of the now,found ZhengYinQi communication mechanism is still not clear,the differential of the risk of industry influence the investigation department of confidence,camellia industry loan guarantee has limitation,the various preferential policies has not yet in full in good,higher financing costs,enterprise strength tested several problems,such as the reason for this is that village to estimate difficulties,cannot be used to mortgage,the defects of rural financial system itself,inadequate protection of the policy of insurance and the influence of the external environment.And articles of domestic financial support agriculture case,composite model of credit in the United States and France national control financial model are expounded and analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the investigation and experience both at home and abroad,from the aspects like,creating a favorable financial environment;using industry development to guide dark tea industry development;Taking Fiscal policies to reinforce the financial support base;to cut financing cost;to strength foreign exchange management and services,it elaborated that financial support come up with corresponding policies to develop Leiyang dark tea;it gave detailed advises to financial departments in the ways of financial support to dark tea industry.It is the guiding role in promoting the healthy and sustainable development to Leiyang dark tea,as well as others dark tea industry in Leiyang city.
