Research On Financial Support Of Beef Cattle Industry In Jilin Province

In 2016,the Ministry of Agriculture promulgated the "National Plan for Grass and Animal Husbandry Development(2016-2020)",emphasizing the importance of grass-grass animal husbandry for the promotion of agricultural transformation and upgrading.The beef cattle industry has thus been formally incorporated into the national modern animal husbandry development strategy system.Driven by the existing supporting policies,the domestic beef cattle industry structure is further optimized and adjusted,and the general lack of market competitiveness has led to a growing sense of crisis among domestic farmers.Our country in recent years the development of cattle industry very quickly,from the beef industry in cattle breeding,processing,large-scale farming etc.the whole process has achieved initial results,China’s beef cattle industry increased significantly in fact the competitiveness of beef cattle industry brought huge economic and social benefits,has become an important industry for the development of animal husbandry industry in china.With the continuous improvement of the national economy,people’s consumption level has also been significantly improved,which has higher requirements for quality of life,and the demand for beef and beef products has increased significantly.The large-scale development of beef cattle industry has become an inevitable trend.Although China’s beef cattle industry has developed continuously,but the actual situation,the beef industry still faces many problems,the development of cattle industry needs strong financial support,and whether it can really mobilize the enthusiasm of financial institutions,innovative financial products,improve financial support,has become the development of China’s beef cattle industry problems to solve the.This article analyzes the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province from the perspective of financial industry.While drawing on traditional economic theories and argumentation studies,the current development trend of financial demand for beef cattle industry in Jilin Province is combined with the development of the support for the development of beef industry in Jilin Province: financial needs are diversified.And regularization,capital demand tends to be large-scale and long-term,and the demand for capital for circular economy development of beef cattle industry continues to increase;while the financial supply characteristics of existing beef cattle industry: financial support beef cattle industry competition is fierce,but the scope of access to credit support entities is limited,Insufficient supply of credit funds,difficulties infinancing,guarantees,the impact of risk diffusion in the guarantee chain,and issues such as the difficulty of beef cattle breeding for agricultural insurance.And in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,on this basis,put forward the future financial support of the beef industry in Jilin Province.From the perspective of research and practical value,this paper organically combines the practical theoretical knowledge of finance with industrial economic research and has certain innovation value.Based on the financial support,this paper expatiates how to develop the beef cattle industry in Jilin province,through field research and farmer interviews,researches the supply and demand of the beef cattle industry in Jilin province,finds that the financial support is insufficient,and analyzes the influencing factors.Finally,the author puts forward the corresponding financial support countermeasures from three aspects: financial institutions,beef cattle industry and farmers ’main body.
