Because of the preciousness of seeds in the early stage of breeding work,we must sow and fertilize quantitatively and accurately in the sowing stage to reduce the loss of seeds,but artificial sowing is difficult to achieve this special requirement efficiently.In view of this situation,in order to meet the needs of soybean breeding work,improve the mechanization level of breeding work,and reduce the intensity of artificial labor during the breeding work,a design is made.Synchronized quantitative precision seeder for breeding,which takes wheel-type seed metering device as the core,can complete the quantitative distribution of seeds,fertilizers(pesticides),synchronous application,precision seeding,no covering of soil and other operations at one time;save oil,save agricultural capital investment,reduce labor intensity,improve work efficiency;this machine has set up different specifications of adjusting devices,which can be practical.Now different quantities of materials are quantified;ratchet pawl mechanism is set up to realize multiple reciprocating operations and avoid complicated operation difficulty;automatic seeding head device is set up to avoid inactivation caused by direct contact between fertilizer and seed material and fertility failure caused by excessive distance,thus increasing the yield of seed for breeding.Practice shows that the machine has reliable performance,simple structure and convenient operation.It can be used effectively for breeding seeds and meets the requirements of breeding work.
