Fluid seeding technology can provide needed water for seed emergence,and the addition of water-retaining agent can reduce the problem of rapid water loss,so to ensure that the seed can get enough water,so that the seed can pass through the seedling stage smoothly.However,most the existing fluid seeder use pneumatic agitating,which makes it difficult to ensure that the seeds are suspended evenly in the seed box,resulting in uneven seed discharge.In this paper,a stirring fluid seeder is designed by using the method of mechanical mixing,and the simulation analysis and parameter optimization of working parts are completed.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1)According to the agronomic requirements of fluid seeding and the design theory of agitator,the agitator type seed mixing device is designed.The agitator shaft is eccentrically placed,two blades are opposite,and 5 groups of blades are evenly distributed,which can evenly stir seed liquid.The automatic control system is designed to realize the planting with equal spacing.According to the design scheme of each part the design parameters of main parts are determined,and the overall design of fluid seeder is completed.2)Analysis of seed liquid in the process was carried out to obtain the movement rules of seed liquid in the process of seed discharge,the factors affecting the movement of seed liquid and seed,and the parameters of seed discharge system were determined.3)Use Fluent software to simulate the flow of seed liquid in the seed box,design different stirring modes,and simulate its influence on the uniformity of seed liquid mixing in the seed box.This flow field simulation analyzed the influence of different blade shapes,blade length,blade width and blade speed on the flow field.The simulation results showed that the uniformity of the mixture of different kinds of liquid was as follows: straight blade < 30° oblique blade < 45° oblique blade < 30° spiral blade < 45° spiral blade.The blade length increases,the velocity uniformity also increases,and the average torque also increases.With the increase of blade width,velocity uniformity and average torque also increase.When the blade speed increases,the velocity uniformity increases and the average torque increases.When the velocity is greater than 40r/min,the fluid velocity uniformity in the seed box decreases.4)Taking blade shape,blade length,blade width and blade speed as test factors and velocity uniformity as evaluation index,the simulation test was conducted.The simulation results showed that the influence of blade shape and blade speed on velocity uniformity is higher than that of blade width and length.The preferred parameters are blade shape of 45° helix,blade rotation speed of 40/min,blade width of 50 mm and length of 260 mm.5)The spiral blade Angle,blade length,blade width and blade rotation speed were taken as test factors,and the hole rate was taken as test index for verification test.The results showed that the simulation results of blade shape,blade length and blade rotation speed were consistent with the test results,and the test results were better when the rotation speed was 40r/min.
