Tomato is an important vegetable cultivated in facilities in the north of China.In cold season,the amount of ventilation decreases due to heat preservation,resulting in insufficient CO2 concentration in greenhouse,which is one of the important factors affecting the yield and quality of tomato.China is rich in straw resources,but the utilization situation is not ideal.If the straw can be slowly burned in a solar greenhouse and release CO2,it can not only supplement the insufficient CO2 concentration in the closed greenhouse to a certain extent,but also open up a new way for the utilization of straw resources.In this experiment,relatively closed plots were set in the solar greenhouse,which were T1,T2,T3 and T4 treated with CK and different CO2 concentrations.The corn straw was pulverized and made into a stick,and then burned in the plot to release CO2.The effects of different CO2 concentrations on the growth and development of tomato plants,fruit yield and quality were studied,and the following results were obtained.?1?Increasing CO2 concentration in the solar greenhouse can effectively promote the growth and development of tomato plants,among which T3 treatment?1000?mol/mol?has the best effect.Compared with CK,plant height and stem diameter increased by 21.84% and 10.43% respectively.Flowering time of the first panicle of tomato was 4.27 days earlier;The first inflorescence reduced by 1.2 nodes;The dry weight of root,stem and leaf increased by 47.55%,18.58% and 22.11% respectively.The fresh weight of root,stems and leaves increased by 38.08%,19.88% and 23.97% respectively.?2?Increasing CO2 concentration in the solar greenhouse significantly increased tomato yield and improved tomato quality.Compared with CK,T3 treatment?1000?mol/mol?increased single plant yield by 53.67% and cumulative yield by 30.99%,respectively.The contents of soluble sugar,vitamin C,protein and soluble solids in tomato fruits increased by 67.31%,31.48%,34.87% and 18.34%,respectively.In the process of sensory quality scoring and the analysis of electronic tongue instrument,the t3-treated tomatoes had the highest scores in preference,appearance,aroma,sweetness and texture.Therefore,the application of new CO2 gas fertilizer in the solar greenhouse is beneficial to the growth and development of tomato.When the CO2 concentration in the community reaches 1000?mol/mol,it is most beneficial to the growth and development of tomato and the improvement of fruit yield and quality.The results showed that increasing CO2 in the solar greenhouse was beneficial to the growth and development of tomato,and the yield and quality were improved.The optimum CO2 concentration was 1000?mol/mol.At the same time,it opens up a new way for the utilization of straw resources.
