Zearalenone(ZEN)is a nonsteroidal estrogenic mycotoxin.Through polyketone compound pathway,the biosynthesis of Fusarium fungi,which is commonly used in feed and food,is also produced by polyketone compound.In addition to its effects on reproductive performance,ZEN also has liver toxicity,hematotoxicity,cytotoxicity,genotoxicity and immunotoxicity.In rabbit breeding,rabbits often eat moldy feed regularly.After eating the mouldy feed,rabbits can seriously destroy the intestinal health and lead to death.The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the effects of mycotoxin zearalenone poisoning on the production performance,liver and kidney function,immune function and intestinal flora in rabbits.Method:28 rabbits born 50 days were randomly divided into four groups,with 7 groups in each group: blank group,low dose group(400ug/kg,ZEA),medium dose group(800ug/kg,ZEA),and high dose group(1600ug/kg,ZEA).Result:1.compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of the low dose group(400ug/kg,ZEA),the medium dose group(800ug/kg,ZEA),the high dose group(1600ug/kg,ZEA),the average daily weight gain,and the increase of the ZEA concentration after the treatment of 14 d,the intake and daily weight gain decreased.2.compared with the control group,the hepatorenal coefficient of the low dose group(400ug/kg,ZEA),the medium dose group(800ug/kg,ZEA)and the high dose group(1600ug/kg,ZEA)showed a tendency to decrease with the increase of ZEA concentration after 28 days treatment,and the high dose group(1600ug/kg,ZEA)and the viscera coefficient of the control group were statistically significant.Differences.3.compared with the blank group,the organs of the low dose group(400ug/kg,ZEA),the medium dose group(800ug/kg,ZEA),and the high dose group(1600ug/kg,ZEA)were all damaged in different degrees.The main pathological changes in renal tissue were tubular atrophy,dilatation and disappearance and inflammatory cell infiltration.High dose group(1600ug/kg,ZEA)was the most serious lesion.The main pathological changes of liver tissue were infiltration of inflammatory cells in the sinks and a small amount of connective tissue hyperplasia,and severe confluence area was seen.The high dose group(1600ug/kg,ZEA)was the most serious.The main lesion of spleen tissue is white pulp,and the expansion of red pulp sinus is not obvious.4.renal gene expressionCompared with the blank group,the gene expression of the rabbits in the attack group was significantly different from that in the blank group.In the low dose treatment group and the middle dose treatment group,the expression of Bcl-2 gene decreased and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The expression of Bcl-2 gene in the high dose treatment group was decreased and the difference was very significant compared with the blank group(P<0.01).The expression of Bax,Caspase-3,Caspase-12 and Jun in the low dose treatment group and the middle dose treatment group increased and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The expression of Bax,Caspase-3,Caspase-12 and Jun in the high dose treatment group decreased and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01)compared with the blank group.5.intestinal microflora resultsZearalenone increased the Alpha diversity of rabbit intestinal flora,and there were differences in the structure and composition of zearalenone treated group and blank group.
