Influences Of Three Plant Growth Retardants On The Growth And Physicochemical Indexes Of Plug Seeding Of Fruit Vegetables

In order to solve the problem of seedling growth in production,to investigate the suitable concentration of seedling growth and development in the substrate irrigation.In this study,cucumber,pepper and tomato were used as test materials to study the morphological and physiological characteristics of three kinds of fruit vegetables at seedling stage by applying three kinds of retarders(chlormequat chloride,mepiquat chloride and paclobutrazol)respectively.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1:The substrate watering CCC100mg/L on cucumber seedling index,root shoot ratio and chlorophyll were higher than the control 17.86%,51.78%,44.83%;substrate watering CCC50mg/L of pepper processing seedling index,root shoot ratio and chlorophyll were higher than the control 35.34%,36.71%,40.33%;2:The substrate watering Pix 75mg/L on cucumber seedling index,root shoot ratio and chlorophyll were higher than the control 24.18%,47.62%,39.41%;substrate watering Pix120mg/L of pepper processing seedling index,root shoot ratio and chlorophyll were higher than the control 45.87%,24.55%,54.61%;3:The substrate watering PP333100mg/L to tomato processing seedling index,root shoot ratio and chlorophyll were higher than the control 33.06%,26.58%,23.94%;4:The effects of three kinds of retarding(chlormequat chloride,mepiquat chloride and paclobutrazol)agents on antioxidant enzyme activity and photosynthetic characteristic index of seedling were improved obviously Among them,the effects were significant when the concentration of100mg/l,pix concentration of 75mg/l;the pepper matrix was watered CCC concentration of 50mg/l,Pix concentration of 120mg/l,tomato substrate was watered paclobutrazol concentration of 100mg/l and 150mg/l.so as to improve the quality of seedling and cultivate strong seedling.In conclusion: they have the best effect when the cucumber substrate was watered CCC concentration of 100mg/l,pix concentration of 75mg/l;the pepper matrix was watered CCC concentration of 50mg/l,Pix concentration of 120mg/l,tomato substrate was watered paclobutrazol concentration of 100mg/l.
