In the 21 st century,all enterprises are facing the huge market change and fierce competition,human resource is one of the most important elements to the competition in the market.Salary management staff is one of the important means to stimulate the creativity and to mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees.It has a profound meaning to make a scientific and effective salary management system to improve the enterprise competitiveness and attractiveness,to fully improve staff work efficiency,and to reduce the loss of core talents,to realize the maximization of the interests of the enterprise and the staff for every enterprise.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,panel discussion,and combination of theory and practice to investigate and analyze the status quo of salary management of H aquatic products company.On this basis,the company's current salary management system is reformed to develop a more scientific and reasonable salary management system.First,this paper expounds the research background and practical significance of this paper,based on this,this paper expatiates on compensation management at home and abroad and instructions,and discusses the concept and meaning of salary and compensation management,and puts forward the compensation management theory to highlight the value of modern enterprise,emphasizes the significance and role of salary management,to put forward scientific and reasonable salary management system provides a theoretical support.Secondly,the basic situation of H aquatic products company was briefly stated,and the overall structure and the current salary management system of the company were narrated through the field investigation of the enterprise,and the employee satisfaction of the company was understood and stated through questionnaire survey and face-to-face discussion.Thirdly,through the combination of words and charts,this paper focuses on the in-depth understanding and analysis of the current salary management mode and system of H aquaculture company,points out the existing problems and deficiencies,and objectively and comprehensively analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,by combining H aquaculture,reality and further discussion with the management,current H aquaculture company compensation management system for the improvement and optimization,formulate a set of more scientific and reasonable salary management system,and put forward the flexible welfare system and other advanced salary management concept,development and exploration,such as enterprise carry on the reasonable implementation at the proper time.
