Different sowing methods have an important impact on the yield and quality of winter wheat.Winter wheat Xinong 805 is an important extension of the current Huang huai sea-grain area. The effects of sowing methods on its yield and quality are studied, and the high yield and high efficiency of winter wheat variety Xinong 805 in Guanzhong District is guided.Cultivation has important practical significance. In this paper,we used winter wheat Xinong 805 as the tested variety, and explored three kinds of sowing methods?strain T1,wide-width T2,hole-casting T3?,and nitrogen fertilizer in the jointing stage?N0,N60?,and winter wheat variety Xinong 805.The effects of fertility characteristics and yield quality. The research results are as follows:?1?The seeding?T3?increased the growth of seedling stage and increased the number of basic seedlings;the application of nitrogen fertilizer at jointing stage significantly increased the photosynthetic rate of the leaves of winter wheat Xinong 805 during the filling stage, and the photosynthetic rate was 33.92?mol-2·s-1 also prolonged the duration of grouting;the plant height of the hole seeding?T3?treatment was significantly lower than that of the wide seeding?T2?treatment;the application of nitrogen fertilizer increased the leaf area and shortened the leaf growth. The maximum area time;the hole seeding?T3?treatment promoted the increase of leaf area value, alleviated the degradation of chlorophyll in the late growth stage, increased the content of chlorophyll, prolonged the time of high chlorophyll content?SPAD?,and promoted more photosynthetic substances.form;?2?Under the condition of no application of nitrogen fertilizer, the accumulation of dry matter in the shoots treated by hole seeding?T3?was the highest,3.75g·plant-1,and the accumulation of dry matter in the aboveground part was T3>T2>T1.At the maturity stage, the amount of dry matter accumulation in the shoots treated with the nitrogen fertilizer?T3?was lower than that in the shoots treated with T1,and the dry matter accumulation in the shoots above the nitrogen fertilizer was higher than that without the nitrogen fertilizer. The amount of dry matter accumulated in the ground. There is no consistency between the translocation rate and the translocation rate. When the trans-shipment rate and trans-transport rate are high, the contribution rate is not necessarily high. The nitrogen application at the jointing stage increases the efficiency of re-transportation of storage materials in each vegetative organ, that is,the application of nitrogen fertilizer and stripping?Treatment with T1?increases the re-transport of storage material to the kernel. The accumulation of dry matter in the upper part of winter wheat showed different growth patterns, and its growth pattern showed a slow-fast-slow growth trend, which increased rapidly after jointing stage and reached the maximum at maturity.?3?Topdressing nitrogen fertilizer increased the number of panicles per mu and1000-grain weight. There was a significant positive correlation between ear dry weight and grain number per spike.Nitrogen fertilizer was applied at jointing stage, which increased the yield component of panicle, increased panicle number and ear Number of grains and yield, but 1000-grain weight is reduced.Wide-format?T2?sowing increases the 1000-grain weight of winter wheat kernels. The yield and photosynthetic performance of winter wheat were positively correlated, and the dry weight of winter wheat was significantly positively correlated with the number of kernels.Under the influence of topdressing nitrogen fertilizer, the hole seeding?T3?treatment increased the amount of dry matter transport, and also increased the accumulation of dry matter in the upper part of the mature stage. The seeding?T3?treatment is conducive to the increase of winter wheat yield, and the yield is as high as7,430 kg·ha-1.?4?The hole seeding?T3?treatment increased the values of grain hardness, bulk density, sedimentation value, stabilization time, and tensile area. The hole seeding?T3?treatment increased the value of the maximum tensile resistance. The application of nitrogen fertilizer increased the sedimentation value, wet gluten content, hardness, tensile area and protein content of the grain. The quality of winter wheat was different when the sowing method was different. The total amount of protein in the grain was not much different. The application of nitrogen fertilizer at the jointing stage increased the protein content in the grain.Under the method of hole seeding and topdressing nitrogen fertilizer, the content of wet gluten of winter wheat was different from the settlement value and bulk density;the settlement value and bulk density were significantly positively correlated?P<0.05?.Hardness and maximum tensile resistance, tensile area and maximum tensile resistance showed a significant positive correlation?P<0.01?;hardness and tensile area, settling time and elongation, stretched area and elongation, elongation and maximum There was a significant positive correlation between tensile resistance?P<0.05?.However,there was no significant difference in the content of grain protein in winter wheat, and the application of nitrogen fertilizer at jointing stage could significantly increase the sedimentation value. Therefore, the method of hole seeding and topdressing of nitrogen fertilizers lead to differences in quality. In summary, under the condition of topdressing nitrogen fertilizer, the yield of hole seeding?T3?treatment is 7430kg·ha-1,which is 12.7%higher than that of wide-format?T2?,and 12.9%higher than that of stripping?T1?.The T3)treatment increases the values of grain hardness, bulk density, sedimentation value, settling time, tensile area, and maximum tensile resistance.Topdressing nitrogen fertilizer increased grain sedimentation value, wet gluten content, hardness, tensile area and protein content.
