The active participation of the members in the three dimensions of business, capital and management is the key to the development of cooperatives.Based on the relevant theories of cooperative organization trust, this paper constructs a cooperative internal organization trust analysis framework based on cooperative members' perspectives. It divides the trust within a cooperative organization into two parts: interpersonal trust and system trust.Interpersonal trust includes the trust of members and their members. To the trust of other members, the systematic trust of farmers in the cooperative means the trust of the members in the rules and regulations of the cooperative.238 micro-data of Hunan pig cooperatives and members were obtained through investigation.Factor analysis and Binary-probit model were used to analyze the influence of trust in cooperatives on the willingness of co-workers to cooperate, and the influence of co-workers' willingness to participate on participation behaviors was further examined. The research found that the overall trust of the cooperative is between the general and the comparative trust;the interpersonal trust within the cooperative is higher than the system trust;the cooperative willingness of the members of the community is stronger, the willingness of the cooperation of capital and management is relatively weak, the participation behavior of the members is more, the capital and the management participation are less, and the trust of the president and the trust of the system are good. The willingness of members to cooperate, capital and management has a significant impact. The trust of members of the community only has a significant impact on the willingness of management cooperation, and the positive willingness to cooperate has a positive effect on the participation.According to the results of the study,I proposed to cultivate the trust relationship between the members of the community, the cooperative and the president of the community;the government should pay attention to the institutional help of the cooperative and deepen the countermeasures and suggestions on the cooperation level between the cooperative and the members of the community. The theoretical and practical contributions of this study are twofold: First, this article focuses on the willingness and participation of co-workers in joining co-operatives.The predecessors' research focuses mainly on whether farmer households participate in co-ops as members and make up for the gaps in theoretical research.Second, compared with the predecessors, this paper explores the effects of different dimensions of trust on the willingness to participate in and cooperative behavior of members, instead of reducing trust to a single-dimensional variable, enriching and expanding cooperative trust theory.
