Green wall is a form of greening using the latest green wall design and application technology on the vertical or near vertical surface of various buildings.With the improvement of living standards,people began to pay attention to the indoor environment.Since the invention of vertical gardens by French botanist Patrick Blanc,plant green walls have attracted much attention.Compared with the traditional indoor greening form,the biggest advantage of plant green wall is that it can make use of the existing indoor wall for planting design,maximize the use of indoor space and at the same time give full play to the ecological benefits of plants,landscape benefits,and improve indoor comfort.At present,green walls of indoor plants are widely used in commercial space,office space and family space in China.Due to the limitation of space and technology,the form of plant green wall is relatively few,the plant selection has no emphasis and characteristics,and the plant species used is single.Based on the field investigation,this paper studies the application of indoor plant green wall in Fuzhou City,and takes green wall plants as experimental materials to create different shade environments artificially.By observing the growth status of plants and analyzing physiological data,and comparing the shade tolerance of plants,the plants suitable for indoor plant green wall in Fuzhou City are selected.The main results are asfollows:1.During the initial visit to 60 districts in the downtown area of Fuzhou City,36 green walls were found,accounting for 60 % of the total investigation sites.According to the survey,the application of indoor green walls in Fuzhou City is mainly concentrated in large shopping malls.Twenty-five of these sites are using simulated vegetation green walls,accounting for 69.4 % of the total number of green walls.There are11 real plant green walls,accounting for 30.6 % of the total number of green walls.Installation forms are plate-slot type,cloth bag type,modular type,paving type four forms,while paving type is the most common.There are 43 species of indoor green wall plants belonging to 38 genera and 25 families in Fuzhou City,and Araceae is the most widely used plant species.Making frequency analysis of plant species,the higher frequency of application is Epipremnum aureum,Nephrolepis cordifolia,Schefflera heptaphylla,and most of the plants are not high frequency of application.Except for the regular maintenance and management of the plant green walls at the flower market,no regular maintenance and management by professionals has been found at the remaining nine locations.Because of the different indoor environment,the growth of plants is not the same.The growth of the same plant is different under different light conditions.2.The growth status of 10 species of plants was evaluated.The results showed that Chlorophytum comosum,Heuchera micrantha,Saxifraga stolonifera,Heuchera micrantha were under stress under17000 Lux light;Heuchera micrantha showed stress under 2000 Lux;Chlorophytum comosum,Spathiphyllum floribundu,Pilea notata,Saxifraga stolonifera,Epipremnum aureum,Dracaena deremensis were under stress at 600 Lux and 200 Lux,and Schefflera heptaphylla was under stress at 200 Lux;The Asplenium nidus and Davallia mariesii showed no significant difference after 45 days of different light intensity treatments.3.The phenotypic indices of 10 species of plants were determined.In moderate shading environment,leaf area,plant height and crown width will increase,and leaf color will deepen.Excessive shading inhibits plant growth.4.The physiological indexes of 10 plants showed that under the suitable light conditions,the MDA content and POD activity of the plants were relatively low.When exposed to light,the MDA content,SOD activity and POD activity of the plants increased.Big.Under suitable shading conditions,the chlorophyll content and relative water content of the plants increased,and excessive shading reduced the chlorophyll content and relative water content.After shading,the plant’s specific leaf weight decreased to varying degrees.5.The phenotypes and physiology of plants under 600 Lux and 200 Lux low light were analyzed by membership function.Under 600 Luxlow light,the adaptability sequence of plants was as follows: Asplenium nidus > Davallia mariesii > Dracaena deremensis > Schefflera heptaphylla > Chlorophytum comosum > Spathiphyllum floribundu >Epipremnum aureum > Pilea notata > Saxifraga stolonifera > Heuchera micrantha.Under the low light of 200 Lux,Saxifraga stolonifera and Heuchera micrantha died,the Pilea notata drew a large number of leaves,which was near death.Therefore,only the other seven plants were analyzed by membership function.The adaptability order of the plants was as follows: Asplenium nidus > Davallia mariesii > Dracaena deremensis > Schefflera heptaphylla > Spathiphyllum floribundu >Chlorophytum comosum > Epipremnum aureum6.Comprehensive analysis of various factors: in the actual,Spathiphyllum floribundu,Chlorophytum comosum,Schefflera heptaphylla,Pilea notata,Saxifraga stolonifera,Epipremnum aureum,Dracaena deremensis,Asplenium nidus,and Davallia mariesii have strong adaptability to weak light and can be planted indoors.Among them,Spathiphyllum floribundu,Chlorophytum comosum,Pilea notata,and Saxifraga stolonifera can adapt to the light condition of 600 Lux in a short period of time.Dracaena deremensis,Asplenium nidus,and Davallia mariesii can adapt to the light condition of 200 Lux in a short period of time.The Heuchera micrantha have higher requirements forillumination,and it is not suitable for planting under illumination conditions below 2000 Lux.
