Conservation tillage technology aims to reduce the disturbance to the soil,reduce the daily loss of water needed for crops in the soil,and provide organic fertility for crop growth.Its cultivating methods include no-till and deep pine..The conservation tillage protects the soil state by covering the straw on the surface and leaving the root wreck in the soil.So it is easy to interfere with the working process of the no-till planter.At present,there are still many types of no-till seeding machines,and the working performance of the machines is uneven,it is difficult to ensure the agronomic requirements of no-till seeding operations.Based on LabVIEW virtual instrument software,a no-till seeder performance test system was developped in this paper.The system integrated data acquisition,data display,report generation,historical query and conducts field trials.Field trials were conducted to verify system performance.Detail research content and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the national industry standards,the important detection indicators of the no-till planter performance test were selected,and the appropriate sensors were selected for each test index.The hardware system of the test system was designed and constructed.According to the power supply and working requirements of the selected equipment,the signal conditioning PCB circuit board was drawn and soldered.(2)According to the design principle of the user interaction interface,the test interface of the key sub-modules of the no-till seed drill working performance test system was designed and divided into functional areas.The measurement method of mid-stage detection and end-stage detection of sowing quality was proposed in this paper.It solved the problem that the previous seeding detection technology can not accurately locate the specific position of the seed in the soil,and the measurement error of the hole distance detection is large.The procedures such as seed box emptying detection,seeding quality detection,seeding operation speed,sowing operation resistance measurement,vibration signal measurement and analysis,surface coverage measurement are designed in the form of sub-modules.Data acquisition,data analysis and storage of each module are designed.(3)Auxiliary function program and interface for the no-till planter performancetest system were designed.The report generation Toolkit module(RGT)of LabVIEW was applied to realize detection report generation and storage.The manufacturer's consumer loop designing method was used to realize the communication and data interaction between the main interface and each other functional module.LabVIEW contains obtaining printers,property nodes,folder searches as well as other subroutines,which can ralize report history querying and printer setting functions.(4)The field test of the detection system is designed according to national standards,seed coating treatment is carried out.The sensor installation method and protection method were designed.The modules were tested,which contains seeding quality,traction resistance,vibration analysis and surface coverage of the detection system.Field trial results show that:the detection accuracy of the seeding amount is94.46%,the detection of the number of missed and the number of replays broadcasts is 92.83% and 91.8%.The system can accurately determine the position of the blockage failure of the no-tillage planter based on the detection results of the middle section and the end section.The system can measure the traction resistance of the machine stably,and the total coefficient of variation is 2.58%.During the system operation,the vibration signal during the working process of the machine can be collected more completely.The results of vibration signal test can satisfy the needs of the staff for reliability optimization of the machine.The accuracy of the measurement system in measuring surface coverage can reach over 94%.In general,the detection system can basically meet the relevant requirements of the national industry standard for the seeding monitoring system.
