At present,the cultivation industry of alpine vegetables is an indispensable part of agricultural production in Fujian province.It is an important channel for farmers in alpine areas to increase the output value of agricultural production and increase economic income.It is also an effective method for adjusting agricultural production structure and guaranteeing annual cultivation and supply system.Cauliflower is an important kind of vegetable in the production of alpine vegetables.The research on the selection test of alpine cauliflower varieties and cultivation technology was carried out to provide technical guidance for the production industry of alpine cauliflower in Fujian province.System,this paper analysed broccoli cultivation in Fujian province present situation,and through the mountains cauliflower varieties selection,the comprehensive utilization of natural resources and ecological conditions,scientific formula fertilization,cultivation technology research,in order to screen the optimal cultivation cauliflower varieties of mountain area of Fujian province and to develop a scientific,efficient and high quality cultivation techniques of discipline,promote the development of mountain cultivation industry,promoting the farmers'income to become rich.The main research results are as follows:1.Through the screening and comparative experiment of new varieties of alpine cauliflower.Results showed that the best synthetical properties of cauliflower varieties'longtime 70 days','Toyota blue terrier70 days'and'igawa jie 70 days','longtime 80 days','Toyota blue terrier 65days','li 65 days'six varieties,than local introduced.cultivation variety'celebration of farming 65 days'high output by more than 14%,and these varieties resistance is strong,good quality and commercial advantages and market merchantability,suitable for cultivation of the local promotion in the mountainous areas can be used as a summer planting on cauliflower varieties production in pingnan county and its surrounding.2.According to the research on cauliflower sowing period,the cultivation of cauliflower at an altitude of about 900 meters in the eastern part of Fujian was conducted in the alpine region,and the sowing period for higher yield was from early July to around July 20.The yield of cauliflower was 1903.7~2059.1 kg/666.7m~2,which coincided with the low season of vegetables coming to market.Seeding time arrangement in late June to early July,the production of products listed on the end of August to early September,in reducing the production has a certain margin,but later the market prices are maintained at a higher level,and still can obtain high economic benefit,but the production will vary according to the market of the broccoli consumption reasonable arrangement of sowing date and cultivation.The study on cultivation density showed that the increase of planting density within a certain range had an obvious effect on the yield of cauliflower.The density of 50×50cm and 50×55cm increased 31.26%and 42.31%,respectively,compared with the control.3.Different flower cover materials have important effects on the yield and quality of cauliflower.Under the condition of black film coverage,the whiteness of the flower bulb is the best,and the ratio of diameter to height of the flower bulb is the largest.At the same time,the soluble sugar content,light and pigment content and vitamin C content covered by black film were the highest in each physiological and biochemical index.Among all indexes,white transparent film has the lowest coverage value,and the overall coverage effect is:black film>silver film>Taiwan special film>folding leaf cover flower>white transparent film.4.Plastic mulching could increase soil temperature 0.8~1.5?,the most volatile colorless membrane covering the soil temperature,speed of warming during the day,in turn,colorless membrane>black film laminating,followed by cooling speed at night colorless film not coated>black film;The temperature measurement of different soil depth shows that the fluctuation range of soil temperature at 10cm is larger than that at 20 cm.Mulching with plastic film could promote the growth of cauliflower,which was obvious in the early growth stage but decreased in the middle and late growth stage.The root system of plastic-film cauliflower was well developed,and the flowering was earlier by 3~6days.The dry matter accumulation rate of plants was successively colorless film>black film>uncoated.The flower bulb yield was the highest under the treatment of colorless plastic mulching,with the yield of1826.16 kg per 666.7 m~2,which was 18.88%higher than that of the control without mulching.The yield per 666.7 m~2 of black mulching film was 1723.71 kg,which was 12.21%higher than the control.6.Established scientific,efficient and high-quality cultivation technical regulations for cauliflower in alpine areas.Adopting scientific cultivation system,rational arrangement of stubble,adopting multi-stubble planting mode and supporting scientific cultivation management technology can improve the yield and quality of vegetables and increase the benefit of planting industry.This study is expected to provide certain reference opinions for the cultivation of cauliflower in alpine areas of Fujian province and the development of the industry of cauliflower in the whole province,and to promote the level of cauliflower seed industry,production and consumption in Fujian province,and to contribute to the income generation and enrichment of farmers and rural development.
