Tuberculosis in cow is chronic infectious disease that can infect to human. Its positive rate reach 60%, but the representative symptom and pathology change can not be seen in clinic. We test tuberculosis in cow by different dose of purified tuberculin of birds' type and cattle's type. There is no obvious difference by 2000U of purified tuberculin of birds' type and 2500U of cattle's type and other dose. The cows tested possible positive at the beginning is possible positive or negative after 4 months, there is no positive cow. It indicated that fake positive or fake negative is likely to. Tuberculosis is low age trend in some cattle farm. Tuberculosis are broke out in some cattle farm after many years. It is proved that some cows' response of purified tuberculin of birds' type is stronger than the one of cattle's type. But the quantity is small. The positive rate is on the high side when the dose is big. The wash out rate is also increase. It have a little impact to the production of animal industry. It can reduce remarkably the positive rate of tuberculosis in cow by the application of the synthesize techniques of prevention and control and eradication. The positive rate of tuberculosis in cow is from 11.87% in 1998 decline to 0.47% in 2004. We found that some buffalos are positive in cattle farm, and then also some cows introduced into are positive, some cows reproduced by raiser themselves are positive. It is difficult to eradicate the tuberculosis in the positive always cattle farm. It is proved that prevent and control tuberculosis in cow ought to use the synthesize techniques. It can reduce the danger of the spread of tuberculosis and decrease the positive rate by generalizing the synthesize techniques of prevention and control and eradication of tuberculosis. It is beneficial to the cattle farm and animal industry and the country's sanitation.
