After entering the 21 st century,although the total number of sheep is increasing,the total wool production is declining.Tongyang is a famous sheep breed of fat-tailed semi-fine hair in China.The high-quality semi-fine wool is the raw material for wool spinning which is urgently needed by China's wool spinning industry.From the average wool length of wool,the semi-fine hair length of each variety in China is relatively low.,and the dispersion of the length is large.Improving the yield of sheep and other related traits often requires several generations and lengthy processes if traditional breeding methods are used.Molecular marker breeding can significantly accelerate the breeding and breeding process of livestock.The three signaling pathways of EDA,NF-kB and Wnt play an important role in regulating hair growth cycle,promoting hair follicle differentiation and controlling hair growth and development.In the development of hair follicle hair,EDA?NF-kB?Wnt is passed between the three signaling pathways.Signaling is performed in the manner of In this study,we used the Tong sheep(166)as the research object,and selected 9 genes in EDA,NF-kB and Wnt signaling pathways(EDA,EDAR,EDARAD,NF-kB1,NF-kB2,Wnt3,Wnt3 A,Wnt5A,Wnt10A).And other hair follicle hair development processes related to seven genes(GATA3,LEF1,HOXC13,MSX2,BMP6,BMP4,Krt85),to explore the effect of insertion/deletion variation on the hair length and related growth traits of the Tong sheep;Genetic genetic variation and its correlation with wool length and growth traits provide basic data for molecular breeding of the Tong sheep.The research results are as follows:1.The growth traits of body height,recommended height and chest depth of the II genotype and DD genotype of the Tong sheep EDA gene InDel-5(rs1088039786)were significantly higher than the ID genotype(P < 0.05),and the back height of the DD genotype was higher.The hair length was significantly higher than the ID genotype(P < 0.05).The body height,recommended height,chest depth,tube circumference and hair length of InDel-7(rs595215064)II genotype and DD genotype were significantly higher than ID genotype(P ? 0.01),and the dorsal height of DD genotype Significantly higher than the ID genotype(P ? 0.01),and the InDel-8(rs1085570337)locus,there was no significant difference in the three genotypes of the Tong sheep(P > 0.05).2.For the locus of the EDAR gene,three genotypes were identified.At the InDel-4 locus of the EDAR gene(rs1088070704),the hip width of the Tong sheep DD genotype was significantly lower than that of the II genotype(P < 0.05).3.For the two InDels loci of the NF-kB1 gene,four haplotypes were found.The NF-kB1 gene InDel-4(rs1088290859)locus was significantly higher than the ID genotype(P < 0.05).At the InDel-5(rs598787653)locus of NF-kB1 gene,the recommended height of the Tong sheep II genotype was significantly higher than that of the DD genotype(P < 0.05),and the hip height of the II genotype was significantly higher than the DD genotype(P < 0.05),the tube circumference of type II genotype was significantly higher than that of ID genotype and DD genotype(P < 0.05),and the hair length of type II genotype was significantly higher than that of DD genotype(P < 0.05).4.Two haplotypes were found in two InDels sites of the Wnt3 A gene.The gluteal width of the II genotype at the InDel-3 locus of Wnt3 A gene was significantly higher than that of the ID genotype(P < 0.05),and the Wnt3 A gene InDel-1(rs1086693671)and InDel-3(rs600916420)had no hair length and other traits.Significant relationship.5.For the site of the BMP4 gene,three genotypes were identified.At the InDel-1 locus of the BMP4 gene(rs591757598),the head length of the DD genotype was significantly lower than that of the II genotype(P < 0.05).6.Two InDels loci were found in the Krt85 gene,and four haplotypes were found.There was no significant relationship between the hair growth and growth traits of the three genotypes of Krt85 gene InDel-1(rs1093264615)and InDel-2(rs1094727400).7.The potential sites of 10 genes such as EDARADD,NF-kB2,Wnt3,Wnt5 A,Wnt10A,GATA3,LEF1,HOXC13,MSX2 and BMP6 were detected in the Tong sheep.In summary,the DD genotype of EDA gene InDel-5,the II genotype and DD genotype of InDel-7,and the II genotype of NF-kB1 gene InDel-5 can significantly increase the hair length trait of the Tong sheep.As a candidate molecular marker for breeding with wool traits.Type II and DD genotypes of EDA gene InDel-5 and InDel-7,DD genotype of InDel locus 4 of EDAR gene,Type II genotype of NF-kB1 gene InDel-4 and InDel-5,Wnt3 A gene InDel-3 The type II genotype and the DD genotype of BMP4 InDel locus 1 have significant improvement on the growth traits of the Tong sheep,and can be used as potential molecular markers for the growth traits of the Tong sheep.
