l.This paper is based on the Hu sheep, Tong sheep obtained by "Random sampling in typical colonies of central area" .Of the 14 loci tested in Hu sheep ,12 loci have polymorphism. It is seen from table 1 that reliability of the estimate of 30 alleles reached 0.95 except for PoF, TfA TfF Hb-#A, CAF and KeL ,and their reliability is 0.5222, 0.7458, 0.5222, 0.6212, 0.899 and 0.9070, respectively. Accuracy and reliability of estimate of gene frequencies of Tong sheep are shown in table 2. Of the 14 loci tested ,11 loci have polymorphism. It is seem that reliability of the estimate of 28 alleles reached 0.95 except for TfA TfE, CAF. and their reliability is 0.9312, 0.6922 and 0.7924, respectively. So these data may serve as statistical analysis of phylogenetic relationship, "Random sampling in typical colonies of central area" is a useful method in the special genetic background.2. This paper is studied with Hu Sheep and Tong Sheep, and their closely related species -goat is served as the analysed background. Their genomic DNA is detected in structural loci and microsatellite site ,and computed the genetic character among the 3 populations ,i.e., the Heterozygosity , Polymorphism information content, Effective number of alleles, the genetic standard distance. Then, the level indictating variation, the technology of detecting, and the adapting range of relationship detection are compared and discussed between the structural loci and microsatellite DNA sites.3. This paper is based on the Huyang in China .after collecting the same data about 9 Asia sheep populations and 5 European sheep (Breeds in Japan) populations . It clusters 15 populations in terms of the gene frequency of 10 Loci and 33 allele in blood enzyme and other protein variations, the result of Hierarchy Clustering show that the sheep populations in the East and South of Central Asia can be classified in the three genetic groups: "Mongolia sheep" "South Asia sheep" and"European sheep" and the Huyang belong to "Mongolia sheep" .Two discriminants are demonstrated for the extraction of sheep population in East and South of Central Asia on the basis of conclusions of a former research, in which the native sheep populations in this field have been divided into 3 major groups , i.e., "Mongolia group", "South -Asia group", "European group" . In the coruse of verifying the 2 discriminants, the 33 gene frequencies form 10 loci in 9 known populations are exampled. The second discriminant is described as the best discriminant according to theory of genetic approach degree, the extraction of unknown population is checked with the second discriminant.by which the discriminant may be found to whether conform with the logic of animal science or not,the result can prove that the genetic approach degree of second discrimnant is a reliable grounds for disciminant of extraction in East and south of central Asia ,which also may reflect the course of extraction cultrivation of Hu sheep, Tong sheep and Yunnan sheep in China. It is studied with Hu sheep ,Tong sheep and their closely related species -goat, the data of 14 structural loci and 7 microsatellite DNA sites are analyzed through the Fuzzy Clustering Method ,the result show that the dendrogram of the two genetic marker is similarity in the trend but different in the value of X which indictats the level of genetic differention. The 14 structural loci and 7 microsatellite DNA sites amount to 217 genetic characters of Hu sheep - Tong sheep and their closely related species -goat are studied with principal component analyzing method, and compute the principal components of the population respectively, The Euclid distance among populations are computed according to the principal components of each population ,then the populations are studied with the R-type Hierarchical Clustering Method, the proportion of the first and second eigenvalue is 68.0695% 31.9305%, respectively, so the two eigenvalues at the fore may take place of the known information ; the result of Hierachical Clustering Method is c...
