In this experiment,six test materials,two irrigation conditions and five fertility levels were set up.A large amount of experimental data was obtained through field tests and laboratory experiments.The effects of water and fertilizer on the yield and quality of colored potatoes were studied and applied.Office2010 office software,Excel and SPSS 21.0 data processing software,the analysis draws the following conclusions:(1)Six varieties(lines)can increase the yield and commercial potato rate after irrigation,and the increase of commercial potato rate is greater;the dry matter content of the six varieties(lines)decreases after irrigation.The change was not very obvious;the starch content of the six varieties(lines)increased after irrigation,and the increase was not significant;the soluble protein content did not favor water,and the content of reducing sugar was opposite;vitamin C content,total phenol content,the demand for water in the original acid content is highly correlated with the variety.(2)Under the condition of supplementary irrigation,only the yield of Yellow Rose No.5 changed greatly with the fertility;the number of commercial potato,the commercial potato rate,the dry matter content and the starch content of the six varieties(lines)did not change significantly;The content of reducing sugar in White Rose No.3,Red Rose No.5 and Shapody increased with the increase of fertility,and there was no difference.The soluble protein content of Red Rose No.5 and Shapody increased first with the increase of fertility.The trend of lowering the trend after high height;the vitamin C content of the six varieties were all sensitive to fertility;the total phenolic content of White Rose No.3,Red Rose No.5 and Shapody increased first and then increased with the increase of fertility.There was no significant change in other varieties(lines);the chlorogenic acid content of the other five varieties(lines)except Yellow Rose No.5 increased first and then decreased.Under rain-fed conditions,only the yield of Yellow Rose No.5 was significantly higher than other fertility levels at A1 level;the number of commercial potato rates and quality of six varieties(lines)decreased first and then increased with the increase of fertility.The trend was the lowest at the A2 level;the dry matter content and starch content of the six varieties(lines)did not change significantly;except for the reducing sugar content of Kexin No.1,which did not change with the fertility level,other varieties(lines)There were obvious changes,and the trend of change gradually increased,first increased,then decreased,first decreased and then increased.The soluble protein content of 6 varieties(lines)changed significantly with fertility,and it increased first and then decreased.The trend of vitamin C content of 6 varieties(lines)is sensitive to fertility;except for the total phenolic content of White Rose No.3,which does not change with fertility level,other varieties(lines)have obvious changes,and the trend of change is gradually Increased,gradually decreased,increased first,then decreased,decreased first,then increased,first increased and then decreased four trends;6 varieties(lines)of chlorogenic acid content have significant changes,and the trend has decreased first Rise High,first increase and then reduce the two trends.(3)Comprehensive cultivation mode,Kexin No.1 and White Rose No.3 had the highest soluble protein content,Purple Rose No.3 had the highest content of reducing sugar and vitamin C,and Shapody had the highest dry matter content and starch content.The yield of Yellow Rose No.5 is the highest,and the number of Red Rose No.5 is the highest.Under the cultivation conditions of A0 WH,A2WD and A3 WD,the yield factors of Red Rose No.5 were the highest.Under the A0 WD cultivation condition,the yield factors of Purple Rose No.3 were the highest.Under the cultivation conditions of A1 WD,A1WD,A2 WH,A3WH,A4 WH and A4 WD,Yellow Rose 5 has the highest yield factors.Under the A0 WH cultivation condition,the quality factors of Kexin No.1 were the highest.Under the cultivation conditions of A0 WD,A1WD and A2 WH,the quality factors of Purple Rose No.3 were the highest.Under the cultivation conditions of A2 WD and A3 WH,the quality factors of White Rose No.3 were the highest.The cultivation conditions of A3 WD and A1 WD are small,and the quality factors of Charlotte is the highest.Under the cultivation conditions of A4 WH and A4 WD,the quality factors of Red Rose No.5 are the highest.
