Research On Agricultural Informatization Evaluation Model Of Heilongjiang Province Under The Background Of Big Data

As a large agricultural province in China,Heilongjiang has been supplying all kinds of crops all over the country with its vast agricultural land and fertile soil.It has always occupied an important position in China's agricultural landscape.In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and electronic information technology,agricultural informatization has gradually embarked on the historical stage,playing an increasingly important role in promoting the agricultural production efficiency of Heilongjiang Province,upgrading the province's primary industry and even the overall economy.Nowadays,facing the historical opportunity of deepening reform in China,how to accelerate the construction of agricultural informatization and timely solve a series of problems such as agricultural information collection,organization,processing and release,has become an important issue in the face of further development of agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.Evaluation is a very important part of the development process of agricultural informatization.According to the literature,the previous research often used the improved index system of China Urban Informatization Index System Scheme,combined with Markrup-Polat method and information index.The law evaluates the level of partial or overall agricultural informatization in China,which inevitably leads to redundant and missing indicators,resulting in poor evaluation results.In this study,a variety of research methods such as model research method,field research method and policy research method are adopted.On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system,the agricultural information construction in Heilongjiang Province is taken as the main research object,and the quantitative analysis method is adopted.research.Finally,the following research conclusions are drawn:(1)At present,Heilongjiang is currently in the fourth position in the country in the development of informatization construction.However,compared with Jiangsu Province,which is in the first place,there is still a big gap between the two provinces in terms of agricultural information network infrastructure;(2)Since 2008,Heilongjiang Province has achieved rapid development in agricultural information construction.development of.The reason for this is that the government has invested capital,material resources and human resources in this area.However,since 2012,the local construction of agricultural informatization has slowed down;(3)compared with other provinces in the surrounding areas.Harbin has made relatively obvious achievements in the construction of information technology,which means that it has obvious geographical advantages in the construction of information technology.On this basis,based on the conclusions of this paper,we propose targeted countermeasures.
