Salinity is one of the most important environmental factors affecting the physiology, behavior and distribution of marine life.Eriocheir sinensis is a broad-salt,highly osmoticregulating species that can adapt to a wide range of salinities and has been used as a model species in many physiological studies. In this study, behaviors, the main biochemical components of hemolymph and physiology were investigated to study the behavioral changes, changes of the main biochemical components of hemolymph and physiological indexes of Eriocheir sinensis under different salinities. The purpose was to reveal the hemolymph and physiological changes and the role played in behavioral changes..To explore the fighting behavior of Chinese mitten crabs under different salinities. The behaviors were recorded in different salinity conditions by video: freshwater(s0)control group, low salinity(s8),medium salinity(s12),high salinity(s20)for 72 hours. The fighting behavior of Chinese mitten crabs were observed and compared. The number of fights, the duration and the total score in the crab group showed an increased trend and then decrease with the salinity increased, and the fighting in the middle salinity group was the most intense. The fighting situation is consistent between the crabs. The main biochemical components of hemolymph indexes of Eriocheir sinensis under different salinities were analyzed. The freshwater group(s0)was used as the control group, and the s4,s8,s12,s16 and s20 groups were set respectively to monitor the Chinese mitten crabs at 0,6,12,24,48 and 72 hours.Changes of total hepatic lymphoid markers, total phosphatase, acid phosphatase, triglyceride, glucose, and osmotic pressure were recorded. The results showed that the total protein levels in the freshwater group and the s4 salinity group did not show significant fluctuations within 72 hours, and the total proteins in the s8,s12,s16 and s20 salinity groups reached the highest in 6 hours. The lactate dehydrogenase in each group showed a decreasing trend over time.Alkaline phosphatase increases first and then decreases with time. But triglycerides fluctuate over time. The total protein level of the freshwater fighting victory group was higher than that of the failure group, the alkaline phosphatase level, glucose and osmotic pressure levels were lower than the failure group. There was no significant difference in lactate dehydrogenase and triglyceride levels;total protein levels were lower in the high salt fighting victory group than in the failed group;alkaline phosphatase levels, glucose and osmolality were higher than in the failed group, and there was no significant difference in lactate dehydrogenase and triglyceride levels. The changes in the blood of Eriocheir sinensis under different salinities may be related to their adaptation to environmental changes. To explore the changes of physiological indexes of Eriocheir sinensis under different salinities. The freshwater group(s0)was used as the control group, and the low salt group(s8)and the high salt group(s20)were set.The water content,18 amino acids and fatty acids in the gonads, muscles and hepatopancreas of Chinese mitten crabs and male crabs were monitored separately, and the amino acid quality scores and scores were calculated. At the same salinity, the water in the gonads of female and male crabs was significantly different, but no difference was found between muscle and hepatopancreas. In the gonads and hepatopancreas, the content of 18 amino acids in female and male crabs increased first and then decreased, reaching the highest in the low salt group and different in the muscle. The amino acid score of the same tissue of female and male crabs increased first and then decreased with the increase of salinity. The quality score did not show significant fluctuations. In different tissues of male and female crabs, different fatty acids were detected,in which 13 fatty acids were detected in the muscle, and 12 fatty acids were detected in the gonads and hepatopancreas;low, medium and high fatty acids in different tissues Differently, fatty acids showed a tendency to fluctuate in different salinities.
