Fritillaria thunbergii,as one of the famous Chinese medicinal herbs "Eight Tastes of Zhejiang",has very high medicinal value.In recent years,the planting area of thunberg fritillary bulb increased year by year.The harvest of Fritillaria thunbergii is one of the key links in the production and management of Fritillaria thunbergii.Harvest efficiency directly affects its economic benefits.This paper is based on the sub project "integration and demonstration of key technologies for mechanization of potato and medicinal materials production in proper scale in Hilly and mountainous areas",which is one of the key research and development projects of the 13th five year plan.In view of the existing problems in the harvesting process of Fritillaria thunbergii,such as high labor intensity,low work efficiency,mismatching of the existing work tools,and serious skin damage of Fritillaria thunbergii,based on the potato harvester similar to tuber crops,combined with the geographical and geomorphological characteristics of hills and mountains,a simple and adaptable harvester for Fritillaria thunbergii and an automatic grading equipment for Fritillaria thunbergii were designed.In view of the problems existing in the present sorting operation,an automatic classifier for Fritillaria thunbergii was designed,and its working efficiency met the design requirements of 280 pieces/min after calculation analysis and structure optimization;In view of the uneven terrain in hilly areas,an adaptive depth limiting mechanism is designed in the harvester,and the construction of its hydraulic control system and the programming are completed:Aiming at the characteristics of heavy soil cohesion in Hilly and mountainous areas,a kind of two-stage arc-swing soil crushing mechanism was designed in harvester,which is easier to crush soil than ordinary two-stage soil separating mechanism.ADAMS and SPSS software were used to analyze the influence of five factors on the crushed soil performance,namely,the deviation Angle of rotation axis,the sliding position of Fritillaria thunbergii,the height difference between the two rollers,the relative Angle between them and the rotation rotation speed.The influence is as follows:the height difference of roll surface>the sliding position of Fritillaria thunbergii>the deviation angle of rotating shaft,and the other two have no effect.A simple prototype of the broken soil machine was made and tested.The test results show that the rate of exposed shell is 93.3%,which basically meets the requirements of harvesting.
