The traditional Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.for tea and medicine has the functions of dispersing wind and clearing away heat,calming the liver and clearing the eyes and clearing away heat and detoxification,etc.,and have a long history of planting.The traditional Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.for tea and medicine have been degraded by long-term asexual reproduction,resulting in a lack of market changes and demands in terms of yield and quality.In this paper,three different planting stages and four kinds of pinching schemes were used to compare the effects of growth and yield for autonomous new Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.for tea varieties(lines),'Suju 6','Suju 9','Suju 10','Suju 11','Suju 12','Suju 13','CH1-44','CH5-13','CH7-12','CH7-18','CH7-32',at the same time,the main purpose of controlling grass damage and reducing irrigation was to compare the effects of four kinds of plastic film and rice husk cover on growth,yield and quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.'Chuju'.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical reference for the green cultivation of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.for tea with high efficiency,high yield and good quality.Main results are as follows:1.A split-split plot designed field experiment was established to compare the yield levels of 11 kinds of hybrids(lines),'Suju 6','Suju 9','Suju 10','Suju 11','Suju 12','Suju 13','CH1-44','CH5-13','CH7-12','CH7-18','CH7-32',and the suitable high yield planting date and pinching patterns scheme were screened out.The main plot treatments were early,middle and late three planting dates,May 7th(D1),May 27th(D2)and June 13th(D3).The split-plot treatment was hybrid(line)and the split-split-plot treatments were four kinds of pinching schemes,the pinching numbers on flowering are zero,one earlier,one late,and two times,respectively.To compare the differences between the different cultivation measures,the plant height,crown width,flower number per plant,flower diameter,fresh weight of single flower and yield per plant were measured at full-blooming stage,respectively.The results showed that the yield of 'Suju 9' and 'CH5-13' was highest among the 11 kinds of hybrids(lines),'Suju11'?'Suju13'?'CH5-13'?'CH7-18' and'CH7-32' were flowering earlier hybrids(lines).Planting on May 27th,two times pinching during the growth period,the growth,flowing index and yield per plant of the 11 kinds of hybrids(lines)were significantly better than those of other treatments.With the delay of the time of pinching,the plant height decreased significantly,the crown width,the number of flowers per plant,the yield per plant and the estimated yield per 667m2 were the highest after the two times pinching,and 13.9%,33.5%,30.3%and 33.3%were improved than that of the zero pinching,but the height was 44.3%lower than that of the zero pinching.The order of response of three factors on growth and yield of Chrysanthemum Morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.for tea was:planting date>hybrid>pinching.2.The effect of cultivation of different mulching materials on the yield and quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.'Chuju' was studied by setting 0.1 mm,0.14 mm,and 0.2 mm black film and 0.2 mm silver film and 5 cm thick rice hulls.The results showed that there was significant positive correlation between the plant height,crown width,stem diameter,above ground fresh biomass,root fresh biomass and some yield characters.Compared with 5 cm thick rice hulls,black film mulching with thickness of 0.1 mm,0.14mm,0.2mm could improve yield characters and quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.'Chuju' significantly in varying degrees.The comprehensive effect of mulching treatment with black mulch film 0.1mm and 0.14mm thickness was the best.The highest yield was 822.3 kg/667m2 by mulching with 0.14mm thickness,but the contents of flavonoid,chlorogenic acid and other chemicals with a thickness of 0.1 mm black mulch was the best.Plastic film mulching could be used to improve the yield and quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.'Chuju'.
