Swine fever is a highly contagious and lethal disease caused by the swine fever virus, belongs to Flaviviridae.Porcinere productive and respiratory syndrome is an acute, highly contagious viral infectious diseasecaused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, which is known as "blue ear disease" due to cyanosis of pig ear tip. These two diseases have brought great losses to the pig industry in China. There is no efficient means to cure swine fever and reproductive and respiratory syndrome. So the best way to prevent and control is through vaccine immunization, improve the level of pig's antibody to reduce the incidence of disease. In this study, the antibody level of swine fever, reproductive and respiratory syndrome was detected by liquid phase blocking ELISA.Through the investigation of the pig farm,we can understand the history of the swine fever and Porcinere productive and respiratory syndrome, immunization program and specific measures to disinfect the environment in pig farms. These can provide reference for the analysis of antibody level test results.During more than a year from June 2016 to September 2017,liquid phase blocking ELISA was utilised to monitor the antibody levels against swine fever.as well as swine reproductive and respiratory syndrome. In June 2016,the positive rate for swine fever antibody levels was 100%,indicating that the herd antibody level is high.Furthermore, the dispersion rate was less than 10%,demonstrating the stability of antibody levels. The analysis of the results of swine fever antibody levels revealed that the herd is able to resist wild virus infection. In June 2017,the positive rate for antibodies against swine fever was 100%,except during the period of 14-21 days of lactation(84.3%).The adjustment of swine fever immune procedure effectively increased the antibody levels against swine fever after the group was infected in March2016.As a result, the goal of prevention and control of swine fever has been reached. As for swine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, the positive rate for antibody levels was higher than 88.5%according to detection on whole pig farms. At the same time, the average S/P range was between 1.13-1.93,and the dispersion range was between 32.6-62.3.Also,monitoring was performed on different herds to understand the antibody levels of each herd more accurately.Consequently, through the comprehensive analysis of the positive rate for antibody levels, mean value of and dispersion in different herds, suggestions were put forward to improve the immune plan for swine reproductive and respiratory syndrome on pig farms,so as to reduce the morbidity rate of the disease, and achieve the goals of prevention and control.During more than a year of antibody monitoring and set the results as references, timely adjustments to the immunization program were made on pig farms. As a consequence to ensure that the levels of antibodies against swine fever and swine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is maintained at a high level to decrease the risk and reduce the impact of disease on production on farms.
