The Two-year-old Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus medicinal materials are mainly planted in the horizontal way of seedlings,and the mechanization of the Astragalus membranaceus var,mongholicus seedlings causes different degrees of seedling root damage and uneven seedling thickness.In this experiment,by comparing the effects of different thickness and terminal damage on the plant morphology,physiology,and yield of medicinal materials of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus seedlings after transplanting,the performance of seedlings with different thicknesses and root end diameters in the production of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus was investigated and differences;differences in yield and quality of two-and three-year-old Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus obtained through cultivation of seedlings of different thicknesses;Terminal damage caused by mechanized seedlings,in the cultivation of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus biennial medicinal materials,the plant’s physiology,morphology and medicinal material quality influences.The results show:1.The rate of reviving after transplanting is proportional to the thickness of seedlings.The rate of reviving of seedlings with low thickness is below 87.7%,and the rate of reviving with seedlings of medium and high thickness is over 93%.The growth and development advantages of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus roots in the early and middle growth periods are directly proportional to the seedling thickness,and the difference in fresh dry weight of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus roots during harvest is small.The rapid growth period of seedling roots of low-thickness seeds is 60-90 days,and the rapid growth period of seedling roots of medium-and high-thickness seeds is 30-60 days after reviving.2.The content of Calycosin-7-glucoside and astragaloside in seedlings of different thicknesses was significantly different.As the growth process progressed,the contents of the two active ingredients gradually increased,and the difference between the groups gradually decreased.The content of the two active ingredients is significantly higher than the minimum content of the relevant active ingredients in the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Although the content of the two active ingredients between the thickness groups is significantly different but the difference is small,the quality of two-year old Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus is superior.3.When cultivating biennial Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus,farmers can obtain high yields by investing in high-thickness seedlings and high net growth by investing in low-thickness seedlings.Compared with the biennial medicinal materials,the three-year-old Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus medicinal materials harvested with different thicknesses of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus have the phenomenon of increased yield and reduced quality.4.The terminal injured seedling has rooting advantages,which can directionally induce the formation of "inflection points" at the injury site and can significantly increase the root surface area and volume of root from 90 to 120 days;it can significantly reduce the leaves and roots of the early transplantation Stress resistance;it can reduce the stomatal conductance,chlorophyll fluorescence value of leaves,increase the net photosynthetic rate,water use efficiency,chlorophyll content,which can slow down the transpiration rate in the early stage and promote the later stage;can significantly improve the Calycosin-7-glucoside content of the main root,but will significantly reduce the content of Calycosin-7-glucoside in the lateral root and the content of astragaloside in the main and lateral roots;it can promote the production of biennial Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicuss.5.Moderate terminal damage of seedlings is conducive to the growth of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus.In the production,the artificial seedling damage treatment with the terminal diameter of 2 to 4 mm has the best effect on the retention of the main root length,increase the yield of biennial Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus,the content of isoflavone glucoside increased best,and the content of astragaloside The reduction effect is the smallest,its output is 6898~7119 kg/hm2,and the net increase of output is 5824~6003 kg/hm2,which is about 38.0%and 49.1%increase compared with control A.6.Planting profit is inversely proportional to seedling thickness.At present,growers prefer to plant fine seedlings,which have the lowest cost and the highest profit.This method is reasonable and feasible.Among them,individual growers can earn 1471~1603 yuan/mu,and contractors can make 471~603 yuan/mu.
