In order to understand the prevalence of brucellosis in the flock of Horqin Youyiqianqi(Keyouqianqi)in Inner Mongolia,to analyze the main problems in the prevention and control of brucellosis,and to study new prevention and control measures.In this study,the surveillance data of sheep brucellosis in Keyouqianqi from 2011 to 2018 was analyzed,and tested the brucellosis of the sheep in Keyouqianqi in 2019,and carried out field investigations.The group conducted antibody testing after Brucella S2 vaccine immunization;Baixin Town with high infection rate of brucellosis in Keyouqianqi was selected for a one-year comprehensive prevention and control test.Through comparison with other towns,the application effect of prevention and control purification was evaluated.The research results obtained are as follows:(1)The monitoring data of the sheep Brucellosis in Keyouqianqi from 2011 to 2018 was collected and it showed:the average positive rate of sheep Brucellosis from 2011 to 2018 were separately 2.41%,2.01%,0.93%,0.37%,0.80%,0.69%,0.80%,and 0.76%.In accordance with the division of the sheep Brucellosis prevalence by the Ministry of Agriculture,Keyouqianqi belongs to the epidemic area of brucellosis.(2)In 2019,41,424 sheep sera from 58 villages in 16 towns of the whole flag were tested for brucellosis,and a total of 293 positives were detected,with a positive rate of 0.70%.Furthermore,the impact of breeding condition and age on the infection rate of Brucellosis was also studied and the results manifested that the positive rate in the pasturing area(0.30%)was lower than that in the farming area(0.70%)and the farming-pastoral region(0.85%),and the susceptibility of the adult sheep(0.66%)to Brucellosis was higher than that of lambs(0.17%).(3)Select 70 goats and 402 sheep with negative results and they were respectively divided into two groups to undergo the S2 vaccine immunity through oral administration.The blood was collected separately on the 30d,60d,90d,120d,150d,and 180d before and after the immunity and the serum antibody detection was performed through the RBT and SAT test.The detection results demonstrated that both goats and sheep detected the Brucellosis antibody for the first time on the 30d with the highest antibody rate on the 60d,and on the 90d,all goats and sheep detected negative.(4)Four experimental villages were selected in Baixin Town,where the infection rate of Brucella mutton was higher,and positive sheep were eliminated for oral S2 vaccine.After 90 days of immunization,the positive sheep were eliminated.Meanwhile,all imported sheep conducted quarantine inspection and no local sheep were allowed to come in once exported.After one year of the implementation of this comprehensive prevention and control measures,the experimental results have shown that the positive rate of sheep in these four experimental villages,after the purification containment,has been significantly lowered from 1.20%to 0.60%;In comparison with other townships,the positive rate in the Baixin township showed the largest degree of decrease and the positive rates of other six townships without the purification measures were increased or declined at a slower speed.This indicated that the implementation of the comprehensive containment measure against Brucellosis was able to effectively down-regulate the positive rate in the region of Keyouqianqi.
