The Epidemiologicalinve Stigation Of Swine Brucellosis In Yanbian Area By The PCR

The purpose of this study was to use the PCR to detect brucellosis among 320 pigs in where hadn’ t been injected into the prevention of brucellosis vaccine in Yanbian area,did some epidemiological investigation of swine disease,and finally provided some scientific reference for prevention and control of swine brucellosis in Yanbian area.During the study,the RBPT was used to detect brucellosis first,and then was the SAT.Finally,the PCR was used to statistics the epidemic situation of swine brucellosis in different counties and cities in Yanbian area.Test results were as follows:1.The positive rate of RBPT was about 31.3%(100/320),and the negative rate was about 68.7%(20/320).The biggest rate was 36.7%(22/60)of Helong city,and the least rate was 20.0%(6/30)of Dunhua city.2.The positive rate of SAT was about 21.3%(64/320),and the negative rate was about 78.7%(252/320).The biggest rate was 26.7%(16/60)of Helong city,and the least rate was 10.0%(2/20)of Yanji city.3.The positive rate of PCR was about 13.8%(44/320),and the negative rate was about 86.2%(276/320).The biggest rate was 16.7%(10/50)of Helong city,and the least rate was 5.0%(1/20)of Yanji city.4.The positive rate of RBPT was about 32,0%(64/200),the positive rate of SAT was about 25.0%(50/200),and the positive rate of PCR was about 17.0%(34/200)by sampling inspection of 200 captive pigs.5.The positive rate of RBPT was about 30.0%(36/120),the positive rate of SAT was about 15.0%(18/120),and the positive rate of PCR was about 8.3%(10/120)by sampling inspection of 120 scattered pigs.6.The positive rate was 22.2%both Helong and Dunhua,the Wangqing was 18.8%,the positive rate was 16.7%both Tumen and Longjing and Antu,the Hunchun was 12,5%and the Yanji was 8.3%(1/12).The positive rate was 17.2%(34/198)by sampling inspection of 198 pigs in the summer.7.The positive rate was 14.3%of Longjing,the positive rate was 12.5%both Tumen and Antu,the Wangqing was 11.1%,the Helong was 8.3%,the positive rate was 0 both Yanji and Dunhua and Hunchun.The positive rate was 8.2%(10/122)by sampling inspection of 122 pigs in the winter.8.It was confirmed that Yanbian area was the epidemic area of swine brucellosis and Helong city was the most one by using the PCR to do some epidemiological investigation,and the positive rate in the summer was bigger than in the winter,and the captive bigger than the backyard.
