Innovative design is an important driving force for the realization of “Made in China2025”,in which the agricultural equipment manufacturing occupies a very important role.There are several problems exists in the mechanized corn harvesting,such as short working time,long idle time,serious corrosion,short life span and low mechanical harvest rate in hilly areas.As a perfect innovation tool,TRIZ theory can accurately and effectively grasp the direction of innovation.In response to the above problems,this article will innovatively design a corn header based on TRIZ theory.The 1,321 patents related to the corn cutting table from 1989 to 2019 were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by applying the evolution rule of technology system based on TRIZ theory.The conclusion is that corn cutting table technology is in a recession period.The evolution law of the maize cutting table along the supersystem evolution rule to the increase and enhancement of system function direction was summarized,and then the super system evolution rule of the technical system evolution rule is applied to innovate the design of the corn cutting table.Then a new corn header model which can harvest both silage corn and edible corn is proposed.The silage corn table is used as the base of the new corn header.The silage corn can be harvested by using the base alone.After the ear picking and conveying module is installed on the base,the stalks and ears can be harvested at the same time.The mechanical design of the power transfer and installation position between the base of the new corn cutting table and the ear picking and conveying module was carried out.First,the rated power of the ear conveying module was measured experimentally,and the transmission system of the new corn cutting table was designed under the condition of both stem and ear harvesting.Secondly,the existing stand of silage corn cutting table and the stand of ear picking and conveying module are updated to realize the easily installation and disassembly of ear picking and conveying module.Thirdly,the modal analysis of the frame under two working states of the innovative design of the new corn cutting table was carried out,and the resonance problem of the new corn cutting table was solved by changing thedesign scheme.Fourthly,in order to conveniently switch between silage state and both stalk and ear harvesting state,two design schemes of new maize cutting table were proposed.Fifthly,the installation time of the new maize cutting table in the above two design schemes was measured in the virtual environment,and the installation time of the new maize cutting table were measured,and we found out a better design scheme of maize cutting table.We innovatively applies the technological system evolution principle to the innovative design of corn cutting table in this paper,combs the evolution process of corn cutting table systematically,and accurately predicts the evolution direction of corn cutting table.This will provide reference for the application of TRIZ theory to the innovative design of agricultural equipment.The application of virtual assembly experiment in the innovative design of corn cutting table can reduce the consumption of processing materials and improve the design efficiency,which is also of great significance to environmental protection.
