| As a natural renewable material,wood is widely used in production and life.However,as a kind of natural polymer material,wood is easy to be eroded by microorganism in a suitable environment,which is easy to cause wood decay.The necessary anti-corrosion treatment of wood can improve the anti-corrosion performance of treated wood and prolong the service life of wood.The advantages of plant-based wood preservatives,such as friendly environment,renewable raw materials and low price,have been widely concerned.In this paper,Zanthoxylum was used as raw material to optimize the extraction process;Zanthoxylum,Fructus Cnidii and Phellodendron amurensis were selected as compound raw materials to optimize the proportion of three traditional Chinese medicines with bacteriostatic performance as the index;and the effective bacteriostatic components of the extracts were selected as drug carriers;the anti-corrosion performance and anti loss performance of the preservatives were evaluated to provide support for the research and development of new plant-based preservatives.The main contents and results are as follows:1.Optimize the extraction process and component analysis of Zanthoxylum extract.Ethanol was used as the extraction solvent,and ultrasonic assisted reflux method was used to extract the antibacterial components.The inhibitory extraction process was optimized with the antibacterial effect as the index.Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process parameters of Zanthoxylum.GC/MS was used to analyze the components of ethanol extracts from Zanthoxylum.61 compounds were identified.The main components of the extracts were fatty acids,phenylpropanoids and terpenes.The minimum inhibitory concentration of the extracts was determined by agar dilution method-The minimum inhibitory concentration of the extracts was 10mg/ml for Trametes versicolor and 5mg/ml for Gloeophyllum trabeum.2.Optimize the compound proportion of three traditional Chinese medicines and study the mechanism of the compound medicine.The design test of pure reinforced centroid mixture is adopted,and the ratio of Minitab is optimized.The minimum inhibitory concentration of the compound medicament to Trametes versicolor was 5mg/ml,and the minimum inhibitory Gloeophyllum trabeum was 3mg/ml.the morphology of the fungi before and after the treatment was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the spores of Trametes versicolor were obviously reduced,and the hyphae of Gloeophyllum trabeum were broken and adhered.Three The anti-corrosion and anti loss properties of Zanthoxylum extract and different concentrations of compound preparation were evaluated.Beijing poplar and Pinus sylvestris were selected as the test materials.The results showed that the anti-corrosion properties of compound Chinese medicine treatment materials and drug loading treatment materials were better than that of single Chinese medicine,but lower than that of chemical agent ACQ;drug loading mesoporous silicon treatment materials It has better anti loss performance,and its anti loss performance is better than compound medicament treatment material and Zanthoxylum extract treatment material,The anti-loss performance of ACQ agent is poor.The drug loaded mesoporous silica can be used as an efficient and environmentally friendly wood preservative. |
