Effects Of Ship Noise On Salmo Salar Growth,Body Shape Cortisol,and Some Immune Indicators

As a new type of Salmo salar culture model,the far-reaching marine engineering boat culture model is bound to be affected by ship noise in the process of culture.In order to investigate the effects of ship noise on the growth,body shape,cortisol and some immune indexes of Salmo salar in the model of aquaculture workers,Salmo salar with an average body mass of(44.01 ± 11.0)g was selected.Three groups were set up through the collection and analysis of the original sound of ship noise,the noise treatment group [(120 ± 5)d B,(150 ± 5)d B] and the blank control group.The output of the ship's sound is connected with the underwater loudspeaker by the notebook computer and the power amplifier,and the Salmo salar is continuously stimulated by the noise for 24 hours.The period of measurement and blood sampling was divided into two stages: once every 10 days in the first month and once every 30 days in the second two months.The total test time was 90 days.The body weight,body length and fatness of Salmo salar were measured.The body shape indexes such as snout length and head length were measured.The changes of serum cortisol hormone(ORT),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),creatine kinase(CK)and total bilirubin(T-bill)were detected by blood sampling.The results showed that: in the aspect of body weight change,the daily growth of body weight of Salmo salar in the control group,120 d B and 150 db was basically the same,and the overall growth trend was the same,but the difference of body weight growth between the test group and the control group was not significant(P > 0.05);in the aspect of body length change,in the whole test cycle affected by ship noise,the Salmo salar in the control group,120 d B and 150 db was the same There was no significant difference in the length(P > 0.05);in the aspect of the ratio of liver to body and the degree of plumpness,the ratio of liver to body and the degree of plumpness of Salmo salar in the experimental group increased first and then decreased gradually in the whole experimental period,and finally returned to the normal level;from the perspective of long-term growth,Salmo salar could adapt to the impact of ship noise quickly;Salmo salar's body length,eye diameter,body height,length,tail length and tail fin,etc.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).After 10 days of noise stimulation,the cortisol content in the blood increased significantly.At 30-90 days,the cortisol content in the 150 db test group decreased gradually.Compared with the blank control group,the cortisol content in the blank control group was relatively stable,while the cortisol content in the 150 db and 120 d B test groups showed a fluctuating trend,but the overall trend was to rise first and then rise After ten days of noise stimulation,the content of total bilirubin in the blood increased significantly.With the progress of the experiment,the content of total bilirubin decreased gradually,showing a trend of first rising and then declining,Finally,the content of total bilirubin in the experimental group and the blank control group was basically the same,recovered to the normal level,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);under the stimulation of noise,the activity of creatine kinase in the blood increased significantly,with the progress of the experiment,its content gradually decreased,and the overall trend was first up and then down,Finally,the initial level of the experiment was restored;in this experiment,after noise stimulation,the content of alkaline phosphatase in the blood first decreased and then gradually increased,and with the progress of the experiment,the content of alkaline phosphatase returned to the normal level;during the process of ship noise stimulation,the albumin,total protein and complement protein C3 in the blood of the experimental group and the control group showed no significant difference,and kept at the normal level all the time There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).In the long run,Salmo salar can adapt to the environment of ship noise,which has limited negative effects on the activity of cortisol,total bilirubin,creatine kinase and alkaline phosphatase.During the process of ship noise stimulation,there was no significant difference in albumin,total protein and complement protein C3 between the experimental group and the control group.Therefore,it is concluded that there is a certain degree of stress response in the initial stage of fish affected by noise,which will affect the growth of fish to a certain extent.However,from the long-term changes of noise on fish growth indicators,body shape indicators and biochemical indicators,the negative impact of noise on fish growth is limited,and the Salmo salar farming model on the aquaculture ship is feasible.
