Forestry patrol means the daily patrol for the forest area by the patrol personnel within their management responsibility with holding mobile devices and along the scheduled route to discover and report illegal behaviors,and promptly stop the activities and behavioral which has the impact on forest health.The traditional patrol work has many defects for a long term such as imperfect management systems,the difficulty of timely mastering the geographic location and working status of patrol personnel,the untimely reporting and distribution of information collected during wild patrols,the difficulty of determining the patrol routes’ scope,disordered management in attendance,and the low coordination between the patrol personnel and managers.Aiming at the current problems existed in forestry patrol,this paper proposes a forest intelligent patrol management system by combining with a mobile terminal.Achieve the goal of informatization,identification and modernization of forest resource management,improve the work efficiency of forestry departments,monitor the status of wild patrols in real time,protect forest resources from being destroyed,and ensure the wild patrol personnel’s personal safety.We investigate the forestry department of the Erdos Afforestation Center Farm and implement the Forest Intelligent Inspection Management System.This research mainly includes the following aspects:Confirm the business needs and the overall construction goals basing on the current development status and forest needs of the Erdos Afforestation Center Farm by communicating with the patrol personnel and the managers for many times,and then analyze functions that the users need to be achieved from the various perspectives of managers and patrol personnel.For the problems existed in traditional development technologies,this paper proposes a new technical improvement idea after determining the basic functional requirements and user needs of the Forest Intelligent Inspection Management System by using open-source framework-Spring Boot lightweight and persistence framework-Mybatis replaces traditional J2 EE as the development framework of this system,and achieves forest intelligent patrol management system by using JAVA language,Redis cache technology,MySQL database and other technologies,which includes modules such as inspection monitoring management,system user management,inspection task management,inspection staff and inspection scope management,event and alarm management modules,announcement management and attendance statistics management.Besides,designs the specific function of each system module in detail and explains the function of each system module through the technical road map.This system combines the mobile terminal intelligent inspection App with the Forest Intelligent Inspection Management System to solve issues like the poor data exchange between the forest mobile inspection and the inspection platform by realizing the functions of uploading data and sending tasks on the web terminal and mobile terminal through the interface.The managers can add patrol information and generate authorization codes based on the device ID by using the web-end inspection management platform.While,the wild patrols personnel can complete face recognition sign in,event reporting,inspection history,inspection tracks viewing,personal attendance information and other tasks by using their mobile terminal.The managerial staffs of the forestry department can monitor the work status and position of the patrol personnel in real time formulate patrol plans and issue patrol tasks,view patrol personal tracks,and count patrol personnel attendance data of center farm or its branch through the Web client-side patrol management system.And realize the systematic permission setting according to the user roles and user positions.The Forest Intelligent Inspection Management System studied and implemented in this paper has met the needs of the forestry department of the Erdos Afforestation Center Farm,already used in relevant departments and achieved the expected research goal.
