The dried fruit of the Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle has the effects of relieving liver and qi,relieving stomach pain,moistening and reducing phlegm.It is an authentic medicinal material produced in the Guangdong and Guangxi regions.It has a long history of cultivation and use in Guangdong.It has been included in the Regulations on the Protection of Lingnan Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province in 2016.It is a key authentic medicinal species in Guangdong.The previous investigation of this research group found that there are almost no wild resources in Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle of Guangdong,and the artificial planting resources have been greatly reduced due to serious diseases.Large-scale planting only exists in Zhaoqing City and Luoding City.The management technology is not standardized,resulting in differences in the quality of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle medicinal materials.In this paper,the research of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle production technology from key technologies such as seedling breeding,seedling grading,ecological planting,harvesting and processing,and storage life are conducted.The results are as follows:1.Combined with the actual situation of growing seedlings in production areas,the cuttings were treated with different cutting lengths,cutting diameters,different concentrations of IAA,NAA,and commercially available rooting powder to determine the rooting rate,root length and other indicators,resulting in a length of 15 Cuttings with a diameter of 0.5-1.0 cm,and seedlings treated with 500 mg/L IAA had the best traits.2.Collecting 700 planting Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle seedlings grown in one year in 7 planting bases in Zhaoqing and Luoding,Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle real estate areas,and measuring 8 main growth indicators for descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis,combined with the actual production situation of seedlings,classify the Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle seedlings.Finally,according to the four indicators of plant height,root length,ground diameter,and number of leaves,Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle were divided into 3 grades.Grade I seedlings: plant height ? 134 cm,root length ? 33 cm,number of leaves ? 94,ground diameter ? 18 mm;Grade II seedlings: 134 cm > plant height ? 69 cm,33 cm > root length ? 18 cm,94 leaves > number of leaves ? 24,18 mm > ground diameter ? 12 mm;Grade III seedlings : 69 cm > plant height ? 30 cm,18 cm > root length ? 2 cm,24 pieces > number of leaves ? 7 pieces,12 mm > ground diameter ? 6 mm.Out-of-level seedlings are unqualified seedlings.3.In order to make full use of land and space resources and reduce the use of water,fertilizer and pesticides,According to the differences between the growth stages of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle and Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth,Desmodium styraci foLium,(Osb.)Merr.and Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees,harvest time,niche,fertilizer-requiring characteristics,and medicinal parts,the ecological planting models and techniques of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle mittens are refined to use rhizosphere soil Physicochemical properties,available element changes,soil enzyme activity,and soil microbial diversity were used as indicators to evaluate The results show that the effects of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis,Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth,Desmodium styraci foLium(Osb.)Merr.and Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees on the rhizosphere soil of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle are various,which significantly affect the soil pH and alkaline nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,exchangeable calcium,and magnesium The effective copper,iron,zinc,manganese,and boron content changed the soil enzyme activity,increased the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria,inhibited the growth of harmful bacteria,and improved the land utilization and economic benefits of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle.It provides a practical template for the ecological cultivation of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle.4.During the harvesting period of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle,choose different harvesting time,different fruit maturity,and different drying methods to treat Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle,by observing the appearance shape,water content,and content of three main chemical components of the decoction pieces.The results showed that the content of geraniol and hesperidin collected from the Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle collected during the whole harvest period on August 1 under the dry condition of 40? was the highest,which were 1.216 mg/g and 2.291 mg/g;The content of 5,7-dimethoxycoumarin was highest in yellow fruit harvested on July 1 at 60?,which was 1.684 mg/g.To provide a certain reference for harvesting and processing data for effective clinical use of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle.5.This study analyzed the contents of the three main components,total flavonoids,and total polysaccharides of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle medicinal materials collected for three storage years,and found that the changes in the content of geraniol were: storage for 1 year > storage for 3 years > storage for 2 years;At the same time,the content of hesperidin also has significant differences.The order is storage for 3 years > storage for 1 year > storage for 2 years;and the 5,7-dimethoxy fragrant of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle for 2 years and 3 years.There was no significant difference in the content of legumin.There was a significant difference between Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle stored for one year and the other two groups,and the content was the highest.The change of total flavonoid content is: storage for 3 years > storage for 2 years > storage for 1 year,and the change of total polysaccharide content is: storage for 1 year > storage for 3 years > storage for 2 years.It provides a certain reference for the preservation time and efficacy value of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle medicinal materials.
