| Gastrodia elata Bl.,also known as red arrow,ding feng grass,water artichoke,etc.,is a perennial herb of the genus Gastrodia elata in the orchid family and a traditional precious Chinese medicinal material.In recent years,Gastrodia elata has moved from a medicinal plant to the ranks of health care products with the same medicine and food.The market demand is great,but the artificial cultivation technology system and fresh slice processing technology are not perfect,resulting in unstable production and poor quality of Gastrodia elata.In this experiment,the ecological planting experiment of Gastrodia elata from the aspects of sexual reproduction cultivation technology,vegetative reproduction cultivation technology,first nutrient source,second nutrient source,etc.was carried out to optimize the ecological planting technology of Gastrodia elata.At the same time,it studied the different processing techniques after harvest The process has perfected the processing technology system of Gastrodia elata fresh slices.The main results obtained in this study are as follows:1.In sexual reproduction and cultivation:the most suitable soil type is pottery carbon soil.Under this soil cultivation condition,the yield and seedling qualification rate of Gastrodia elata seedlings are the highest.2.Through the analysis of the yield and quality of the zero-generation progeny produced by the four Gastrodia elata seeds,Gastrodia elata hybrid seeds have obvious advantages,especially the black-red hybrid type has outstanding performance,and the zero-generation progeny obtained by sexual reproduction has high yield.It has a large size and good hemp type,which can be popularized and applied as an excellent germplasm in the artificial cultivation of Gastrodia elata.3.Constructed a technical system for artificial ecological planting of Gastrodia elata in Zhashui area:4 sticks,6 sticks,0.5 kg of leaves,0.75 kg of branches per litter,2 layers,300g of species,The species of Armillaria is 5-1,the dosage is 1 bottle/nest,and the soil is local loessial soil.4.In artificial ecological planting of Gastrodia elata,in addition to the normal application of the first nutrient source,KH2PO4can be used as the second nutrient source,and its addition amount is controlled at 2.5g-5g.5.The processing technology of fresh Gastrodia elata slices is as follows:after curing,drying at 60°C to a moisture content of 60%,cutting obliquely,with a thickness of 6mm,Bake at 60℃until the moisture content is less than 12%.The quality of Gastrodia elata decoction pieces produced under this technological condition is the best. |
