Corn is one of the most important food crops in the world.As a large agricultural country,China grows more than 200 million tons of corn every year,accounting for one-third of the total grain output.The feed used by livestock,which can be returned to the field as fertilizer,can be bundled and crushed as bioenergy,is a very valuable biomass resource.However,due to straw recycling cost and crushing problems,most straws are not directly recycled but burned in the ground directly,which is not only a great waste of resources,but also a great pollution to the environment.The research on the characteristics of straw and crushing device can provide a reference for the more efficient use of corn straw.In this paper,based on the mechanical models of various types of straws,combined with the microscopic images of corn stalks,the corn stalks are abstracted into a mechanical model composed of skin,marrow and vascular bundles.Each part has the characteristics of a transversely isotropic material.Based on the theoretical analysis of the macro-composite elastic mechanics theory,the flexibility matrix represented by five independent elastic constants and the equilibrium equation system represented by displacement are obtained.The equation is a second-order linear partial differential equation system.Three partial differential solving methods determine that the finite element is the best solution.The three-dimensional model of corn stalks was imported into ANSYS,and the nonlinear problems and contact problems in the finite element analysis process were briefly described.The material library of corn stalks was established using 5 elastic constants,and the compression force and torsion force were applied to obtain Results of finite element stress and strain analysis of corn stalks.Based on the comparison of the microscopic destruction mechanical rules of corn stalks,the destruction rules of corn stalks during the crushing process were obtained.The feeding device,crushing device and cutting device of corn stalk crusher were analyzed and selected.The force analysis was carried out on the state of the corn stalk passing through the feeding device,and the diameter of the feeding device and the shape of the upper and lower feeding rollers were determined.Three new crushing schemes were proposed for the crushing device,and the crank-slider form was selected through comparison.A theoretical analysis of the different cutting methods of the straw by the cutting knife was carried out,and a more labor-saving one was selected.Finally,ANSYS static analysis was carried out on the feeding roller,and the impact of the reaction force on the feeding roller during the compression of the corn stalk during the feeding process was obtained,and the operation safety was confirmed.The ADAMS motion analysis of the crank slider mechanism is carried out,and the movement trajectory of the corn stalk under the joint action of the slider back and forth and the conveyor belt forward transportation,and the movement speed of the slider and the corn stalk are designed for the solid crusher.Provide a theoretical basis.
