Analysis And Evaluation Of Well-facilitated Farmland Construction Project In Yanping District, Nanping

Yanping District has cultivated land area of 240823 Mu and basic farmland of 182200 Mu.The reserve land resources are limited in quantity,low in quality and difficult to develop.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to actively carry out well-facilitated farmland construction for ensuring food security,improving comprehensive production capacity of farmland,improving agricultural production conditions and developing modern agriculture.This project takes six well-facilitated farmland construction project in six towns of Yanping District as the research object.Through the research on the current situation of land use in the project area,the constraints of agricultural and rural economic development,it analyzes and evaluates the suitability of new cultivated land and the quality of cultivated land in the project area.The total construction scale of the project is 2878 mu,the total investment scale is 11.11 million yuan,and the total area of newly increased cultivated land is 480 mu.The thickness of cultivation layer is more than 60 cm,the quality of cultivated land is improved,the grade is improved,and the production capacity and output of crops are greatly improved.After the implementation of the water conservancy road project,a reasonable water,electricity and road network is built,the satisfaction and sense of gain of residents are significantly improved,andthe social,economic and ecological benefits are significant,effectively ensuring the sustainable and stable development of agriculture.Last,in view of the problems existing in the well-facilitated farmland construction project of Yanping District,the paper puts forward some improvement suggestions,such as strengthening the analysis,demonstration and review,combining with the actual design of the project,further improving the public participation mechanism,promoting the overall implementation of the project,optimizing the project supervision path,building the project collaborative supervision system,improving the organization of the later management and protection mechanism,and strengthening the project management.
