Cultivated land is an important asset of society,which affects the national economy and people's livelihood.The grading of the quality of cultivated land is the most important part of land management,and the work of various departments such as land,agriculture,and forestry can proceed smoothly,and it is the basis for the smooth development of the national economy.Fully understanding the actual quality and location of all cultivated land can make the use of land resources more efficient and can fully explore the actual potential of all cultivated land.At present,the contradiction between people and land in China is very acute.Promoting the grading of cultivated land quality and giving full play to the capacity of all cultivated land can not only further solve the"three rural"issues,but also help to establish a basic farmland protection system and promote the reform of the land acquisition system The people's livelihood security work provides a theoretical basis,which has very important practical significance for the solution of the current contradiction between man and land.Cultivated land quality grading refers to the comprehensive and quantitative assessment of the cultivated land quality based on the natural attributes,socioeconomic conditions and location conditions that constitute the quality of the land,according to the designated grading goals,and in accordance with the relevant methods and procedures prescribed by the state(People's Republic of China)Ministry of Land and Resources,2012).This article takes Enyang District of Bazhong City as a research place,combined with the actual situation and research purpose of Enyang District.This study uses the factor correction method,based on the updated data of the cultivated land quality in Enyang District in 2017,according to the"Agricultural The grading methods and techniques specified in the Regulations on Land Grading(GB/T 28405-2012)are used to grade the quality of all cultivated land within the scope of Enyang District.The area of cultivated land involved in this research is 50262.59hm~2(including 29425.08 hm~2 paddy field and 20837.51 hm~2 dry land),accounting for 43.90%of the total land area of Enyang District.According to the classification table of Sichuan Province,the final cultivated land level in Enyang District is divided into four to twelve levels.The final research results show that:(1)From the overall situation of the cultivated land level in the whole area,most of the cultivated land in Enyang District is concentrated between grade 7 and grade 11,accounting for 91.09%of all evaluated cultivated land.Among all grades of cultivated land,Grade 10 land has the largest area,with 15790.50 hm~2.The second is nine-level cultivated land with an area of11176.61 hm~2.Next are eight-level cultivated land:7112.93 hm~2,eleven-level cultivated land:6694.43 hm~2,seven-level cultivated land:4759.50 hm~2,six-level cultivated land:2701.09 hm~2,five-level cultivated land:968.51 hm~2.The area with the smallest area is the 12th grade cultivated land and the 4th grade cultivated land.Each accounted for 699.29 hm~2 and 113.73 hm~2.The area of their arable land in all the arable land to be evaluated in descending order is:31.42%,22.24%,14.15%,13.83%,9.45%,5.37%,1.93%,1.39%and 0.23%.(2)In terms of the distribution of paddy fields in dry land,paddy fields are distributed from Grade 4 to Grade 12,mainly distributed from Grade 7 to Grade 10.Dry land is d istributed in grades 5 to 12,mainly distributed in grades 8 to 11.It is worth mentioning that all the four-level cultivated land in Enyang District is paddy field,and in terms of overall distribution,the distribution of paddy field is higher than that of dry land in the middle and high-level cultivated land,and the distribution of dry land in the lower-level cultivated land is larger than the paddy field.(3)In terms of the distribution of the scores of the various correction factors and factors,the scores of the four correction factors and the fourteen correction factors are all related to the cultivated land quality grade,and the scores all decrease as the cultivated land grade decreases.Among the changes in the scores of the four correction factors,the location score of the land location changed the most,followed by the ecological and environmental factors and the basic construction of farmland,and the social and economic factors had the smallest score changes in this evaluation.Therefore,in this study,land location factors have the greatest impact on the quality of cultivated land in Enyang District,followed by ecological and environmental factors,farmland capital construction factors,and socioeconomic factors.
